It has always felt simple and that's something I've consistently appreciated, even if it doesn't fully cover everything our team needs.

Cons

The interface feels somewhat outdated and the feature set falls short for the full scope of what we need to accomplish as our organization continues to grow.

Simple to learn

Pros

This tool covers the fundamentals for basic learning management and keeps things pretty simple. From an admin side, it's simple to pick up and getting users trained on it is fairly manageable too.

Cons

When you compare it to more full-featured learning management systems, it doesn't really keep up with the competition. As our needs expanded, it became clear that it was missing a lot of the capabilities we were looking for.

Decent onboarding, limited LMS features

Pros

Getting started with it was fairly simple thanks to its decent onboarding process. The platform feels user-friendly and is relatively simple to navigate and it worked as a solid LMS for our organization over several years.

Cons

At the same time, it is missing quite a few features that come standard in many other learning management systems.
