“quick setup!”
Pros
Getting started with this software was easy! It was simple to learn, quick to set up and it integrated well with our current LMS. We were able to get everything running in a short amount of time and the system scales well for what we need now while still giving us plenty of room to expand as we continue building out our platform.
Cons
At this point I haven't come across any downsides.

“helpful SSO, outdated admin setup”
Pros
Having direct input into our internal LMS has been very useful. SSO for employees is also a big plus! It helps that we can deliver both our own internally developed courses and SET Safety courses in one place. Their rep has also been extremely responsive and supportive whenever we need help.
Cons
A big limitation is that it cannot be embedded into our internal systems. The user interface also does not feel accessible especially from the perspective of someone who administers several external systems. Account setup creates a lot of confusion for our contractors as well. Some course content such as Ground Disturbance and TDG has not been well received because users say it is hard to digest. I still need to look through more of the available courses but we are increasingly finding that building courses internally works better for the level of detail we need.

“training compliance made simple”
Pros
Keeping up with training and certifications is essential in our field operations especially since different workers handle different tasks and we need to regularly confirm they meet the right training standards.
Cons
Creating new course content for employees to use and uploading it into the system can take quite a bit of time.
