Pros

I find this tool impressive like how it manages customer communication. I always receive proper and timely responses which helps me feel supported.

Slow support, lacks troubleshooting help

Pros

Some of the most useful features for me are setting up a detailed learning site and creating meaningful user experiences. I also like being able to run live events in the same environment as the LMS.

Cons

While this tool offers strong resources, I find their support team lacking. Replies can take over 24 hours and I'm often directed to knowledge base articles I've already read instead of receiving real troubleshooting help. At times, it feels like they're quick to blame third party integrations rather than testing possibilities or offering solutions, leaving me to investigate on my own.

User friendly with a short learning curve

Pros

It's very user friendly and I noticed the learning curve is shorter compared to other LMS platforms. The wide range of capabilities works well for both customer and employee training.

Cons

There are no automated reports and the analytics feel a bit basic to me without integrations with other tools. I noticed some processes, like course and user management, are too manual and I also had few limitations with email customization.
