Getting started with this software has been an excellent experience for us as a new customer. From the very first conversation, the sales team has been supportive, well informed and sincerely focused on understanding what we needed. They took plenty of time to guide us through the platform step by step, answered every question we had and made sure we felt fully confident before moving forward. Nothing about the process felt rushed or overly sales driven, just helpful and professional support that made everything feel reassuring. The team has also been very responsive and easy to reach with clear and timely communication all the way through. That has made onboarding feel easy and stress free.
