More than a year
“Great support for teams rollout”
Pros
During our initial Microsoft 365 rollout especially with Teams this software turned out to be an excellent partner and we've been extremely happy with the experience! The professionalism of their team is really what makes them stand out. Their knowledge and readiness to talk through any part of the rollout brought a lot of value to us. A lot of organizations still struggle to get the most out of Teams and I genuinely believe this helped put us on the right path from day one. Like with any computer based training, there are moments when we don't completely agree with the product or feature being promoted. Even so one of the biggest advantages has been being able to openly discuss the training content with the thei team. Having direct conversations to get their perspective and even seeing small updates appear in later versions of the modules feels like exceptional service.
Cons
With any CBT platform there are times when we do not fully agree with the product or feature being recommended in a particular video such as around password policies. That said the fact that we can speak with them directly about those points is pretty remarkable. I've even exchanged emails with Ms. Hedlund herself on certain topics which really shows how much the company cares especially since we are probably one of their smaller customers.
