“Amazon backed and trustworthy”
Pros
Knowing Amazon backs this platform is what convinced me to go with it. I already rely on Amazon for most of my online shopping so that connection gives me a lot of confidence. If I trust Amazon it makes sense that I'd trust this platform too.
Cons
The features work really well but the interface feels a little bland visually. It doesn't need to be overly flashy though the design does come across as somewhat outdated. I get that the goal is to keep the system user friendly but that shouldn't mean the look has to be sacrificed. Even a few subtle animations or quirky graphics could help make it more appealing.
