The SyberWorks team delivers superior customer service. Their response times are impressive, and the staff's friendliness is remarkable. They provided valuable assistance in loading historical training items and completions, as well as setting up job roles, members, and assignments, making the system transition seamless. The system itself encompasses all the necessary functionalities to comply with 21 CFR Part 11. A standout feature of SyberWorks is its integrated document management system, which automates the distribution of training tasks when documents are up-versioned. The availability of monitoring lists (dashboards) allows team members to actively track training compliance status. The course catalog feature proves highly useful for document searches. Additionally, the software offers firewall settings to restrict content access to specified groups when needed. The abundance of learning materials, glossaries, and indexes provided within the system greatly facilitates familiarization and utilization.
Cons
Our company's implementation of SyberWorks was quite complex, resulting in a convoluted configuration with multiple layers. There is definitely a learning curve for administrators. Additionally, all training reports and certificates need to be configured during the initial implementation or requested from the SyberWorks team.
