training that truly matters

Pros

After three years of using this training it's clear that it really works! It has been very effective for our new hires and it has also brought real value to our experienced sales team. FTC's reporting tools make it simple to oversee training across all 12 of our locations. I honestly can't think of another training program that matches the quality or is this manageable and user friendly!!

helped me a lot!

Pros

Coming into my first role at a furniture store I already had a background in sales and experience working with a couple of top notch interior designers. Even with that foundation this training really helped me move into a fully commissioned sales career with more confidence. It was a helpful way to refresh the knowledge I had picked up over the years while also teaching me valuable new information that made a real difference during my first successful month on the sales floor.

Great trainers

Pros

From start to finish my experience with them was excellent! The trainers were incredibly supportive and the sessions kept me engaged throughout. The website was also very user friendly and had all the information I needed. I'd definitely recommend it!
