Pros

For our organization, what I find most valuable about this tool is its remarkable flexibility and ability to scale, whether we're issuing certifications, running blended learning programs, or building client-specific customizations, it reliably fulfills the requirements of a complicated enterprise setting. It's also simple to navigate and fairly easy to deploy which has meant that both our staff and our customers pick it up quickly and with confidence. Because the platform is central to how we operate, we rely on it constantly, truly throughout each business day, to provide training and drive engagement across large audiences. The thing that helps us most is the way it dovetails with our business model while comfortably supporting hundreds of thousands of learners, together with comprehensive reporting capabilities and the consistently excellent support we get from the WBT Systems team. Ultimately, using it has let me and my colleagues deliver our subject-matter expertise through a top-tier platform for over twenty years, benefiting not only our direct clients but also their end users and serving as an indispensable arm of our company.

Cons

Although our overall experience with it has been excellent, I recognize that just like with any enterprise system there are sometimes learning curves when new capabilities are introduced or when we try to configure sophisticated, custom features. Occasionally the system's broad array of functions means you need to plan deliberately in order to take full advantage of everything available which can add time to rollouts. Even so, these issues feel relatively minor compared with the value the platform provides and the WBT Systems team's responsive support has consistently made sure that problems are resolved quickly and practical solutions are implemented.

This tool continually updates and refines their platform to benefit both administrators and end users. I like that it focus heavily on making things simple and easy to roll out, although I feel like there is definite learning curve while learning the system.

Cons

Sometimes I've found that because it pushes frequent updates intended to improve the product those changes can disrupt planned administrative routines and interfere with scheduled tasks that I or my team had organized.
