“The worst program ever!!!!”
Pros
Honestly telling there's nothing I like about this company.
Cons
I completely regret spending my time and money on this company. Their program is poorly organized, and the communication is unacceptable. I had ongoing issues with them, and despite my efforts to resolve them, they fell short every time. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but with VanEd, it's worth warning others. My biggest complaint is the proctor system; I passed my exam but never received my certificate. After spending hours on the course, I now have to start over with a different company. There are plenty of other companies offering the same services, so my advice is to find one and avoid this company.

“Never using again”
Pros
My experience was all negative. Despite my repeated efforts to have VanEd and their partner 360 Training address an issue, they did nothing to resolve it and only showed that they didn't care.
Cons
I have been in real estate for three decades so I'm no stranger to the education requirements needed to maintain my license. Over the years, I have participated in various educational courses but I have never had such a terrible, frustrating, and unprofessional experience as I did with VanEd and their partner, 360 Training Support. I enrolled in an online course that was advertised as a one hour course but the experience turned out to be far from what was promised. I carefully reviewed the course materials, passed all the quizzes and spent more than two hours completing the course. When I finally started the final exam, the questions were completely unrelated to the course content and the answers provided didn't match the questions at all. It made completing the exam impossible. I immediately took screenshots and contacted them, requesting help to resolve the issue or provide alternative guidance so I could get credit for completing the course. Instead of a direct response, I received generic, automated emails from 360 Training saying they were "looking into the issue." A week later, I followed up with another email. I received the same generic response so I emailed them again two and a half weeks after completing the course. After nearly a month of no progress, I called 360 Training to ask for either a course credit or a refund. The representative I spoke with was incredibly frustrating, interrupting me, offering no solution and saying that no refund could be issued due to the time that had passed. I reminded her that the delay was entirely due to their lack of response. After 48 hours, I finally received a response but it was just an offer to retake the course after a month of waiting. At that point, I had no interest in wasting more time on this faulty course or company. I had passed all the quizzes leading up to the final exam so the fact that this issue could not be resolved quickly or effectively and that I had to retake the course without a refund, is completely unacceptable. I will never ever use it again after this awful experience. Users beware: if you run into any issues, you will be stuck dealing with an outsourced customer service team that is rude, unhelpful and untimely. Don't waste your time or money with them and their partner 360 Training. They offer unreliable courses and poor customer support. Never using it again, NEVER!
