“useful automations”
Pros
Deskera MRP has been very useful in my work. The interface is easy to use and the automated approach, approvals and pop-up notifications help everything move along efficiently. It also includes multiple features, similar to what you would expect from Tally which makes it even more practical.
Cons
I haven't come across anything to dislike in Deskera while using it.

“Reliable inventory solution”
Pros
For a recent client project at my organization, we used this platform as part of a complete ERP solution for supply and management. Deskera MRP helped us handle raw material tracking through its computerized inventory management system and it fit the project requirements well. Overall, the software worked well and delivered the solution we needed.
Cons
One weak point is the customer support. The Deskera team was not very helpful and the solutions they provided were often not relevant to the issues we raised.

Pros
One of the best parts of this software is how work orders can be created directly from a sales invoice number, sales order number or even straight from the material itself which makes raising a WO for production much more convenient. Quality checks can also be handled during job work in and that adds a lot of value to the process. Another strong advantage is that we're able to integrate this platform with our own systems.
Cons
The only downside is that the support team can take some time to resolve issues.
