“Overall good experience”
Pros
Onboarding with it is pretty simple for our team and building workflows even fairly advanced ones feels simple once you have PL/SQL and SQL knowledge. That foundation is really all one needs to work effectively in it. Support and service have also been mostly good overall.
Cons
Studio still needs quite a bit of improvement. It crashes often and not every feature works properly when using the test bench through the studio. Performance also needs more attention especially on mobile devices, where it can become really slow.

Pros
Installing and running it on a phone was simple and having a web version available is a big plus as well. The web interface is especially useful when you need to handle a large number of tickets. Overall the app is quite simple to work with. One feature that really helps is being able to quickly take a photo whenever you come across something that needs attention or that you want to remember later. We've used it in an organization with mechanics and the implementation moved along very quickly.
Cons
Issues we ran into were not really with the software itself but more with the level of support and the accuracy of the delivery. It's worth making sure those parts are fully under control before starting your implementation project.

Designing flows in this software is very easy and making updates later when changes come up is just as simple. That has made it really convenient to maintain and adjust processes over time.
