SigmaMRP Features
SigmaMRP tracks and manages history and interactions with customers, suppliers and vendors to support business decisions. It stores customer documents and categorizes customers into groups for streamlined production and purchasing workflows.
The software manages full history and usage of inventory items including sheets, barstock, hardware, and consumables. It sends notifications when inventory levels fall below thresholds and enables creation and management of purchase orders with receiving functionality.
The system builds complete assemblies with ‘BOMs’ and routing steps and stores them for quoting and production reuse. It links assemblies and subassemblies to create multi-layered structures and preserves dependencies between routing steps.
