“powerful automation and support”
Pros
Switching over from our old system was surprisingly simple which really matters because data migration during a new implementation is usually a huge job by itself. Handling BOM and process changes is very simple now even though it clearly took a lot of setup work to get things right and it ends up saving us a lot of time. The support team is consistently available whenever something comes up and they've even built several features specifically based on what we asked for. My favorite part by far is the integration and automation feature, I genuinely love it because there are so many possibilities with it.
Cons
During implementation, we ran into quite a few bugs, mostly tied to the new features we had requested. That made things more difficult for our production team at times. I'd also like to see faster turnaround on new feature requests although I understand that these kinds of changes can't always be rushed.
