Adaptive and customizable
Pros

With Klaviyo, I was able to raise the average lifetime value of my customers by offering a very good email platform. Customizing emails is very intuitive and easy. The open rates were very high with this software. Theres an abundance of pre-built great templates that you can use to make great emails very fast. The perfect platform for eCommerce.

Cons

Quite expensive compared to other vendors offering the same things.

Great platform for eCommerce
Pros

Klaviyo offers some really powerful features. Although, there is a learning curve, but once you get used to the roped, it is very useful. Really good templates for beginners and pros as wellMy go-to solution for eCommerce clients. It has robust automation tools, good templates and everything I need.

Cons

Their onboarding process could be easier They have tutorials but theyre fuzzy and should be made available with webinars being an option.

Great self-responding tools
Pros

Klabiyos amazing sales report system allows me to work much better with transactions. It offers seamless integration with external e-commerce services and several other marketing tools. The self-answering feature for emails is highly customizable.

Cons

Does not have spreadsheets to organize much of the data, which can be real issue since it makes the work more complicated. It does not work with shopping carts and has no function to manage work based on tasks. Instagram integration is slow.

Overall great product
Pros

Klaviyo offers great features for analysis while working with investment return follow-ups. Plenty of marketing automation tools and email list system.

Cons

Multiple issues integrating with POS software, the platform either halts or collapses. Takes too much time. self-responders are constricting.

I have has the most wonderful working experience with Klaviyo. It is a powerful, intuitive, and revenue-driving email service provider, offering tons of features. Yet, even with all the complex functions, it is really easy to learn, even for a beginner. Klaviyo has an amazing support team always ready to help you enhance your performance with the software. From creating flows to segmenting your list, Klaviyo can do it all.

Cons

there are no negative sides to this. Some features are a bit confusing, but thats to be expected with that level of power.

Klaviyo is easy to use. There is a list of pre-built templates ready to use.

Cons

Setting up promo code links is a little tricky as there are no quick buttons dedicated to creating them.

Pros

the software provides a feature-rich suite for email and marketing automation. It is easy to use, highly customizable and offers the ability to sync custom audiences to Facebook. They are always improving the software with extra features such as CLV data and creating back-in-stock emails recently, as an example.

Cons

Creating automated campaigns (known as flows) is a bit overwhelming, especially when editing a campaign there are chances you can accidentally delete things and mess the entire campaign up so you need to be careful and plan ahead what you are doing because of this.

Pros

Klaviyo offers the best automation tools. I never have to send emails to my customers or prospects manually anymore, Klaviyo does it for me. Its also super easy to customize any errors or flaws. Their customer service is truly outstanding.

Cons

I do have to say that this is the best email marketing tool I have tried so far. But it is highly overpriced.

Pros

Klaviyo is the best tool available for email marketing. I use it to send newsletters to my customers. The pricing seems fair enough and they do count with a free plan that they offer. Creating emails with it is quite simple and easy. You can customize it according to your requirements and make it more lively. The customer service is through email, but they always reply within 2 hours or less. It always delivers the emails to customers according to their time zones, which is amazing. I really like this product for many reasons.

Cons

In my opinion, they can reduce the price a bit, and gain more customers this way, because it is a great tool after all. Or they could make the pricing a bit more advantageous for their customers.

Pros

This system can easily be integrated with different other tools like Shopify. Make things so much easier for me. Creating flows is easy, and I really like this software as it has been quite the best out of those that I previously used. For me Klaviyo it is and hopefully it will always be.

Cons

I don’t see that as a con, but most of you might, so I better mention that it can be its cost, as it is quite pricey. For me I think that it is worth the cost, because it has amazing features and functionalities to be honest. I really like Klaviyo.

Pros

This software is quite amazing. Its features and functionalities are quite detailed, you can customize it in any way you want. The tool is quite comprehensive. You need to be a bit tech savvy to be able to use all its functionalities completely and get the best of it.

Cons

For someone who is starting to use this system it is quite complex. It can be quite overwhelming at first, especially if you’re not a tech savvy. While setting up, it’s hard to know whether or not you check the right boxes that you might be needing for it.
