The software has a number of really innovative and powerful tools to offer. It is feature-rich and great for effective social media management with all basis covered such as comments and mentions etc. Comprehensive and extensive analytic reports prove to be extremely useful. Truly a great service, best suited for agencies with a large budget and advanced needs.
Cons
As great as it is, Sprout Social comes at a luxury price. It is unjustified especially because you can find similar feature sets in several competing platforms. Even if its two different systems, they will cost you less than Sprout Social

Pros
You can easily categorize your posts into groups. Within their own section, every client has their own social and their own metrics. Theres also a post-approval process built-in for your clients. Sprout Social has the best customer support. My sales rep checks in to make sure Im doing okay and offers dedicated customer service. Because of him, I went from feeling okay about managing others social media to being confident and getting more clients. This tool has made me a lot of money.
Cons
It is quite expensive if youre only using it for a few things If youre managing multiple clients on several platforms, it is well worth the money.

“Great posting platform
Pros
Working in social media requires me to be active online. One thing that I love about Sprout Social is that I can schedule all of my content for the weekend so I can take a step back and not have to be on my phone all the time. Scheduling ahead of time is a great time saver. It does exactly what I need it to do with no problems. Would definitely recommend it to people whos jobs require a lot of social media activity.
Cons
My profiles seem to disconnect every once in a while. though, its not really a big issue.

Sprout Social is overall, the best solution Ive found to streamline social posting. It helps streamline my social posting across all social channels. I can even cross-post, plan, and review analytics all in one dashboard

With Instagram posts, you can schedule them in the software, but still, have to log in to Instagram to make it publish.

I got the chance to use Sprout from one of my customers account and I have found it to be truly impressive in its orderly arrangement and simplicity of efficiently managing multiple things at once. it also offers a tool to customize Instagram and Facebook data and display it easily on the site.
Cons
I find the deploying this to a site is made in an obsolete way, which should have been improved to the newest standards.
