Cons

If you arent utilizing all its capabilities, it can come off as overpriced.

“Amazing tool but massively overpriced”

Pros

The software has a number of really innovative and powerful tools to offer. It is feature-rich and great for effective social media management with all basis covered such as comments and mentions etc. Comprehensive and extensive analytic reports prove to be extremely useful. Truly a great service, best suited for agencies with a large budget and advanced needs.

Cons

As great as it is, Sprout Social comes at a luxury price. It is unjustified especially because you can find similar feature sets in several competing platforms. Even if its two different systems, they will cost you less than Sprout Social

“Easy Scheduling”

Pros

Easy and organized way to manage social media accounts without it taking up too much time and effort. Sprout Social allows me to maintain presence by scheduling posts ahead of time.

Cons

Instagram posting can be tricky, at times.
