“total freedom with placement”

Pros

Having complete control over where everything goes on the website is the biggest advantage for me. Other hosting platforms usually box you in or make you rely on spacers just to get an image into the right position but this software doesn't do that. The drag and drop tools are great and I don't need to install a bunch of extra apps just to build a simple website. With the newer studio placing items consistently across pages has become even better. It's an excellent service overall!

Cons

A thing that used to bother me was having to separately review the mobile version of the site. It felt pretty limited before but now that has improved a lot. I can adjust everything much more freely, move elements around, resize them and make the mobile layout work the way I want.

The instructional guidance was excellent, designing my webpage felt easy and the customer support team was genuinely attentive and helpful.

Cons

Pricing is a bit higher than I'd prefer but it felt worth it after my site went live and I got a service call the very next day.

The customer support teams was great to work with. They really knew what they were doing, explained things well and made the whole conversation enjoyable. So lucky to have someone that well informed and pleasant on their team!

Only downside is that I can't contact this one rep directly which would be really helpful since he already understands the issues. He's very experienced and patient.

Across all the digital products and services I've paid for, this easily had the best customer support! Every time I've contacted them the experience has been helpful, pleasant and consistently successful.

The move over to this software felt a little frustrating for our team at first but we've gotten the hang of it and now really appreciate the more modern feature set.

Getting started with website design and updates felt very manageable especially since I'm still fairly new to it. On top of that the customer support I've received has been outstanding.

At the moment I'm dealing with a technical problem with payments. The issue has been escalated and while I've been told a team is actively working on a fix, it's still frustrating that this problem is happening at all.

Pros

Offers really good value when you need to build a website from scratch without having a lot of coding knowledge or prior web design experience. It comes with plenty of features and keeps the coding side fairly minimal although having some coding background definitely makes the process much more helpful.

Cons

One issue is that the number of options can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The templates are useful but turning one into a design that truly fits your needs still takes practice and a significant time investment. It's not completely plug-and-play unless you're fine with ending up with a very basic website.

For the price the feature set gives really strong value for money and cuts down the need to pay for a bunch of separate subscriptions.

Cons

The biggest problem is how restrictive it feels once you pick a template since changing it later means rebuilding the entire site from scratch which is pretty limiting.

Working with the tool has been a really positive experience especially because of how well it combines creative control with a user friendly setup. The customer support agent was great and that stood out right away. What I appreciate most is being able to create modern, visually polished websites without giving up advanced customization. Features like Velo, custom code embeds and flexible layout controls make it possible to build quickly while still maintaining strong design quality and performance which matters a lot when handling client projects.

Cons

For me the pricing was a huge drawback. A number of important features are only available on higher-tier plans and that can become expensive fast when you're managing several client websites. The platform still offers solid value overall but it would be even better if the pricing were more flexible for professionals or if the feature bundles were clearer.

You get good value for the money here especially with the free option available. Customer support has been decent whenever needed and I haven't really run into bugs or technical issues. The online store features are also solid and do the job well.

Cons

Using it can be a bit challenging unless you're on a paid plan. Another downside is that with the free version your domain name has to include "Wix" which makes it feel less professional.

Starting off with it feels easy and that's backed up by really solid customer support. The platform is user friendly overall and on the occasions I needed assistance, the support team was reassuring, detailed and genuinely helpful.

The site building process still has room to feel more organized and accessible especially for people who just want the basics and don't need all the advanced features.

The highlight for me was the support expert, Eddna. She was incredibly kind, professional and genuinely helpful and she managed to fix every issue I was dealing with while editing the website. Honestly she deserves a higher position because her support was far better than what I got from other experts or even the AI :D It was a real pleasure talking with her!!

Cons

I don't have any complaints. If every support expert were like Eddna, the experience would be wonderful every single time.

Really good value and fairly easy to use. It gives me all the tools I need to manage our apartments in the Gambia.

Something that caught me off guard was the lack of guidance after I bought a domain. I expected it to link to my site automatically but that didn't happen.

After moving from Editor X to this, it still has that same simple feel but now comes with more advanced tools and better responsiveness. The interface looks cleaner, gives more room for customization and handles complex web design projects much better overall. The upgrades to its AI features have also made it easier to push website customization even further.

Cons

An issue is that getting a site to rank in Google as well as a WordPress site can still be challenging even though this software is much simpler and more organized to use for building clean and modern websites.

Whenever I've needed help their customer service has responded incredibly quickly. My issue was resolved within minutes and the expert who assisted me was very patient, calm and reassuring throughout the whole conversation.

Putting together a website feels very easy and it does a much better job of showcasing an organization or product than Weebly.

Getting the hang of it takes some time. Like most website builders it requires some time to get used to but once you understand how it works it becomes simple to use.

Is a solid platform for building a website from the ground up. Its drag and drop editor is very beginner friendly and makes the whole process much simpler especially if you are new to website development.

I have heard quite a bit that the websites can struggle with Google rankings because of slow loading speeds and some technical SEO limitations such as schema markup not being available.

Very easy to use which makes it a strong choice for beginners who don't have any coding knowledge. It comes with plenty of templates, a drag and drop editor and built in tools for creating regular websites as well as online stores.

Cons

Can feel somewhat restrictive if you need more advanced customization. After picking a template, changing to a different one is not very convenient and access to some features depends on upgrading to a paid plan.

Is very expensive even though it's fairly practical and reasonably well designed for building a complete website.

My experience with was absolutely terrible. It was presented to me as an "upgrade" even though I had already had a premium business account for 10 years and it turned into a disaster. Nobody warned me that I would lose all my subscriptions and no one mentioned all the bugs related to the different language versions. Customer service is awful. It's overpriced and misleading! Be very careful when switching from a premium business subscription to this.
