I've been using this for years and the products along with the customer service have consistently been excellent. This time around I received an amazing response from the first customer care representative I spoke with, who offered really helpful guidance and advice. During my second interaction I also got outstanding support from another representative. Big thanks to both of them!
Cons
Designing can occasionally take a bit of extra care and patience but overall the platform offers excellent features and makes it very convenient to set up the design, shop and payment options. I really have no complaints about that.

Pros
Having the paid version has been really worthwhile because the live chat customer service is excellent. Being able to reach a real person for help makes a big difference and honestly I don't think I could manage without that kind of support.
Cons
The problem is that it tends to make my computer run very slowly while I'm working in it. On top of that switching between the desktop and mobile versions in the editor is quite awkward which makes the whole process frustrating.

Pros
Getting a website live with this software is very easy which makes it a solid choice for anyone who wants to launch a site without a lot of trouble. It doesn't require any coding knowledge so beginners can jump right in and start building.
Cons
Like with a lot of website builders it's still possible to accidentally create a site with some responsiveness issues. That usually happens when you're not very familiar with web design basics and you move too far away from the standard templates the platform provides.

Pros
Has been a really positive service for me especially because their customer support is excellent. Whenever I've needed help the team has been responsive, well informed and quick to sort things out efficiently. The platform is also very user friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
A difficulty I've run into is that some of the more advanced configurations like setting up search results functions, are not very easy to handle on your own. In those cases you often end up needing expert help or a workaround to get everything working properly.

Starting off with it is very easy and you really do not need to be a professional to use it well. The platform feels very user friendly overall and everything works fine for what I need.
Cons
The only drawback I've noticed is that actions can feel a little delayed after clicking. I just wish it responded a bit faster even by about a second.

Building a landing page or even a full website is very easy. I reached out to support when I needed to add a feature to my wedding website and they fixed it very quickly. You don't need any coding knowledge to get started and the fact that there's a free option makes it even better.
Cons

Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how flexible the platform is. It keeps getting better with continuous updates and whenever issues come up they can usually be resolved pretty quickly. The custom coding features have also improved steadily over time which makes the platform even more capable.
Cons
A few types of customization are still hard to pull off especially when it comes to more complex ecommerce logic or connecting custom payment gateways. Even with that I'm very happy overall with the tool.

There's a solid range of templates available right away and adding your own content is easy since you can just drag and drop modules onto the page. On the 2 year plan it ends up costing under PS10 per month which feels like good value.
Cons
Some parts of the editor can be a bit confusing and I ran into a few small glitches here and there. The biggest difficulty for me was working with modal overlays since there don't seem to be many manual controls for adjusting them.

Cons

OMG thank you so much! It is incredibly frustrating trying to make changes to a website when the AI and automated replies are incomplete or just wrong. Their rep was absolutely AMAZING. They took the time to walk me through everything in chat, explained it clearly in a way I could screenshot and helped me find exactly where I needed to go. They even came back to check on me so I wouldn't lose the feed. This is honestly the first time I've ever been this happy with online support from any company. Simple tasks still don't feel very user friendly. I'm an artist not a website builder so I really wish the platform leaned more into true drag and drop functions and made the task buttons much easier to locate.

Running my business on this software has been a very positive experience. The platform is user friendly and lets me add my full product catalog into the ecommerce database without trouble. I've been using it for a long time and honestly I wouldn't look elsewhere because it already covers everything I need. I recently ran into an issue and had to contact support. The AI chatbot didn't really get to the root of the problem but it did connect me to David who then helped me reach Majestic in advanced billing. They resolved everything very quickly. Once I got past the chatbot the customer support was excellent.
Cons
Something I'd really like to see is a tiered discount for premium subscriptions. If someone has a second, third or fourth business with premium plans, it would be nice to get some kind of price break. I realize most users may not be managing multiple businesses but I have three already and I'm working on a fourth. A little discount for multi business users would definitely help the bottom line.

Pros
Customer support has been excellent. When I ran into an issue they resolved it the very same day and the representative was very patient throughout the whole process.
Cons
The issue is the lack of an upgrade option for business email because of Google's setup. It would be much more convenient if upgrading to a higher Google tier were possible.
