“user friendly editor for clients”
Pros
Quite easy to start off with. The platform is very simple to use which makes onboarding my clients much easier and they're also able to move around the editor without any confusion.
Cons
One thing I'd change about it is its limited responsiveness on larger screens during the design process. I'd really like it to offer responsive capabilities more in line with Framer.

“Good templates”
Pros
Feels very approachable so bringing yourself to work with it is simple and the range of options and templates is something I've really enjoyed. The AI support and access to real person help are also a nice bonus that adds a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
The editor's flow and layout took me a little time to get used to at first but I'm gradually getting the hang of it. It's not really a negative for me, more like it needs an adjustment period than anything else.

“music sales with full control”
Pros
Right from the start it felt accessible and simple to work with. The design tools are user friendly, the customer support has been excellent and it gives me the freedom to sell digital versions of my albums under my own music label instead of relying on a third party.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. It is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. I'm very satisfied with the product overall and there have only been very few bugs or issues. When something minor comes up it's also simple enough for me to code a quick fix myself.

“flexible design”
Pros
A thing that really works well is being able to mix customization with templates. That flexibility in the design is exactly what I want since I don't want my whole website to feel fully templated. The blogging tools are easy and the settings are simple to manage.
Cons
The e commerce side still needs improvement especially when it comes to reporting and taxes. It's missing some features that are important if you want to scale.

“the best!”
Pros
Keeping my website updated and handling important maintenance tasks takes very little effort. The support team has also been consistently excellent! Well trained, well informed, respectful and very helpful whenever I need assistance.
Cons
Something that can be frustrating is that the editor feels a little inconvenient at times. I'll start out thinking a task is easy and try to figure it out myself, only to realize I need extra help. That said their team is always available to resolve embedded issues and get everything working properly again quickly.

“top-notch”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons I keep using their products so heavily is their customer support, just as much as the website builder itself. Their service team really sets a high standard for what quality support should look like. Across the many clients I work with I've had to reach out to their experts countless times and each time they were able to help me get things resolved. They genuinely seem to care about what you need every single time.
Cons
The AI customer care system can go on a bit too long without giving a real answer and it usually just points you to articles instead. A lot of the issues I deal with are more specific than what those article topics usually cover.

“world-class platform overall”
Pros
Pretty much every part of their system feels world class to me. The only area that falls short is customer support because the aftercare help is basically nonexistent.
Cons
Their technical support really lets the whole experience down. They say they'll get back to you by email but that follow-up never seems to happen. It's disappointing especially because the rest of their services and products feel world class.

“so innovative”
Pros
It offers really good value for the price. It comes with a lot of powerful AI features and that makes it a very useful platform to work with. As someone just starting out, I've found it very simple to use when building a strong website for my work.
Cons
Overall the software is a very good platform but I'd still like to see a wider variety of designs that better suit different needs and feel more culturally inclusive.

“excellent experience”
Pros
Out of all the website builders I explored, this one felt the most approachable for someone without much technical knowledge. A few parts have been a bit challenging but I'd put that more on my own limitations than on the platform itself. On the plus side, the customer support team has been great.
Cons
The frustrating part came when I needed help and kept getting sent in circles by the bot before I could finally reach a real person. Once I did though, the support was excellent. I also feel the photo editing tools could be a bit more advanced.

“brilliant website tools”
Pros
Has given me a complete package to build and run a fully functional website, with product catalog management, online service booking, payment, billing and accounting, FAQ pages, JSON-based customization and solid Google positioning all in one place. The interface is well designed and over the past 6 years I've been able to maintain and improve my website successfully with it. Customer support has also been very reliable whenever I ran into bugs and the issues were always resolved. Considering everything included, it has definitely been worth the money. Starting as a true beginner, I was still able to set everything up myself without needing to code and the website builder continues to be very impressive for anyone new who wants to create their own site.
Cons
One thing I really want is a way to transfer my site automatically from the software Editor to the software Studio even if that option comes at an extra cost. After spending years building and refining my website, I just cannot imagine starting over and recreating everything from scratch in the software Studio. I really hope the software provides proper support for moving from Editor to Studio without forcing users to rebuild the entire website.

“quick updates”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software feels very easy. There are dozens of apps you can add to expand what your site can do, plus plenty of guides, tips and built-in wizards that help with content, marketing, sales and more. It's brilliant for making updates too and publishing changes is quick and simple.
Cons
The only confusing part for me was at the beginning when I was setting up my domain and email. Figuring out how to connect everything and update the domain DNS settings felt like a different language at first although Google helped me work it out.

“stood out to me!”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how outstanding the customer support has been. Running the site as the owner can be challenging but it's also very satisfying. This platform isn't really geared toward beginners; it feels better suited to people who are more serious about using social media. Even though I'm not using my site to generate income, I can definitely see how it could work very well for that purpose.
Cons
A few product updates still feel overdue and even though I've submitted suggestions nothing really seems to come from them. The platform can also be fairly complicated for users which is part of the reason I haven't been able to build a larger following.

“reliable website launchpad”
Pros
Has been around for a long time and remains a well-known website builder and hosting platform even with strong competition from Squarespace and Cargo. The platform is user friendly and the domain options are a nice bonus as well. Its e-commerce tools and store-building features are also very capable. In many cases, you can even get a free domain if it includes the the software name which makes it a practical way to start building a website and try things out without spending much money upfront.
Cons
The site-building process has definitely improved over time. There is still some difficulty using it at first and it can take some time to understand how everything works but once you get comfortable with it, it becomes a valuable skill to have. It does demand a bit of patience and right now I think the AI features could use some improvement.

“valuable software”
Pros
Gives you excellent value for the money. The customer support has been incredibly helpful and the website features are simple to use so you can build the exact site you want without needing any coding. They also stay on top of bugs and issues whenever they come up.
Cons

“quick help with domain setup”
Pros
Huge shoutout to the customer support team. I ran into a problem while trying to connect my domain and they stepped in right away and handled the connection for me. They were fast, attentive and made sure the issue was resolved in no time. Thanks again to them :)
Cons
Connecting an existing custom domain feels more complicated than it needs to be especially if the extension is not included on the software's supported list. Even when the domain does work, the interface keeps steering users toward buying a new domain instead of clearly showing how to connect it through DNS or nameserver settings.

“feature packed”
Pros
Getting started with the software is easy and it comes with plenty of features. It works well whether you want a low-code approach or prefer no-code tools which makes it flexible for different kinds of users. Customer support is responsive, the pricing feels worthwhile for what you get and overall there have been very few issues.
Cons
A limitation is that the apps can feel somewhat restricted when it comes to customization especially when building websites for third parties that have very specific requirements.

“fast setup”
Pros
Having a site up and running with the software was surprisingly easy and the uptime has been consistently reliable on my end. Paid plans include free SSL and backups which is a nice bonus. Pages load fast and the platform is PCI-compliant so handling secure transactions feels dependable. The drag and drop editor makes a huge difference if you don't code. I was able to launch a basic online store in less than an hour with the software ADI and it built a custom design after asking just a few simple questions.
Cons
Something that bothered me about the software is that the free plan feels pretty restricted and adding extras like removing ads quickly increases the price. Some plans also charge transaction fees which can become expensive if you're selling in higher volumes.

“new user review”
Pros
Setting up a website with the software was much simpler than I expected. The platform feels accessible and the tools are useful and easy to understand. It ended up being far easier to work with than I originally thought.
Cons
The only frustrating part was not receiving the required verification email. I tried the AI chat first but it sent me in circles. Then I spoke with support and they told me to wait 24 hours for the email. I don't understand why email verification should take that long.

“affordable”
Pros
Starting out, this was a solid option for building our website. It helped us spread the word, present what we were selling and share our goals for both the business and our customers. The pricing also felt very reasonable for everything it includes.
Cons
Making updates when needed felt a bit harder than expected. You can't always jump in and quickly rearrange things as products change so often. Sometimes a change also wouldn't save properly so we had to go back and do it over again.
