Was very easy to start out with. The interface feels accessible and simple to figure out and I really appreciated how much can be customized. That level of flexibility is a big plus.

Customer support ended up being the reason I couldn't keep using the software. My account was locked for some reason and when I reached out, they only told me to wait for someone to contact me. None of my questions were answered and even now no one has followed up. After waiting three weeks, I switched to another provider.

After more than two years of using the software for our church website, I can say it's extremely user friendly. Even someone with only basic tech skills can work with it comfortably. The navigation and editing tools are easy, self-explanatory and simple to access.
