If something goes wrong, there's a help section in the menu that guides you clearly. Overall it's a very beginner friendly platform to work with.

At first, the platform is very simple to use but that also becomes a downside. Once you start adding a lot more content especially media uploads, it tends to freeze or get stuck quite often and I've had to reconnect several times. It becomes frustrating when you're working on a full page and it hangs, forcing you to redo the work and upload again. Because of that, people may want to switch when the website starts handling a heavier workload.
