“creative site design freedom”
Pros
Feels almost effortless to develop a site using this tool. The best part is how simple it is to choose from the design ideas and turn what you have in mind into a real site.
Cons
At times, the interface can feel a bit scattered especially when the browser window is smaller or not displaying responsively.

“great website builder”
Pros
Very simple to create a website using this. You don't need design skills or any prior experience to use it and the best part is that you can start creating for free. Even if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, it's definitely worth it.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across any downsides. It has been excellent.

“amazing!”
Pros
The wide range of color schemes, templates and design choices makes it simple to build a website that feels unique. The tools are very user friendly so even beginners can put together sites that look polished and professional. The drag and drop feature is especially helpful for adding elements quickly and it's something a lot of other platforms still don't offer as well.
Cons
It isn't really the strongest option for building commercial websites like online stores. That side of the platform feels more limited especially when it comes to how much flexibility and functions you get.

After some really bad experiences with GoDaddy, I switched over and have stuck with the software ever since.

“make websites quickly”
Pros
Having a website set up feels very easy. The template selection is solid and being able to customize them with the drag and drop editor makes the whole process convenient. The site management features also make it a really good option for building your web pages.
Cons
Even though the templates allow a fair amount of customization, they still are not completely flexible so there are limits when you want to change certain parts of the site however you want. Also if you're aiming for a more professional website, the management tools can feel somewhat insufficient.

“stylish templates”
Pros
Keeps getting better with regular updates and using it feels very easy. One thing I really appreciate is the wide selection of high-quality templates and they all look polished and visually appealing.
Cons
It really has something for everyone. No matter what kind of website you're building, the feature set and huge app marketplace give you the tools to make it work. The downside is that once you choose a template, you can't switch it later.

“launching sites in no time”
Pros
To get a website live with this feels really easy. You don't need any technical background to build a site and start sharing it with others. Everything is built right into the platform so you can put together your site and promote whatever you want without wasting time.
Cons
I honestly don't have many complaints about the software but I would still love to see the platform offer a bit more flexibility and deeper customization options.

“powerful customization”
Pros
Coming from a creative background, I needed a website that truly matched the personality of my business and the software gave me the customization, tools and flexibility to build exactly that. As my business expanded, I ended up valuing even more of what the platform offers especially for e-commerce, reporting, automation and CRM. I ended up liking the software enough that I volunteered to build a second site for a statewide lost-and-found animal service. That project needed a totally different setup from my business site including user-generated posts, links to outside platforms and third-party API integration. So it wasn't just about design anymore; it also involved plenty of technical functions. Working on that second site really made me appreciate how capable the software is on the coding side too. I'm definitely not an expert, not even close but we still managed to get some pretty advanced features working beautifully.
Cons
The longer I use the software, the more I find myself wishing it could do even more. Sometimes the feature I'm looking for is already there and sometimes it's still missing. One thing I do appreciate is that if a feature hasn't been added yet, you can upvote the request. Then, once the software rolls it out, they let you know which is always a nice little win.

“reliable platform”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how stable the platform is. It's always available, runs around the clock and I never have to think about backups or updates breaking my site's interface. Everything is included in the package which makes it very dependable.
Cons
My problem is that features like drop downs and integrations such as Calendly don't seem to perform very well especially when the setup gets more complex or involves multiple options.

“I like the mobile design”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software is fast, accessible and really impressive. It uses HTML5 technology, the designs adapt nicely to tablets and smartphones and there's a huge collection of attractive templates. Everything is colorful and well organized by category or profession which makes choosing a design much more convenient.
Cons
In my view, the issue is that as your business grows more quickly, you may need to update your website or add more advanced features. At that point you're still restricted by whatever the platform allows which can feel limiting.

“fast setup”
Pros
Building a site with the software feels really quick and that speed is easily one of its biggest strengths. The templates look polished and the huge library gives you well over a thousand choices to work with. It also lets you preview and edit your website the way it will actually appear on a device and you can manage that separately from the main editor which is very useful.
Cons
One setback is that the templates can't be swapped once you've chosen one so moving content from one template to another is difficult. Also if you want to use the tracking and analytics features, you'll need to be on a paid plan.

“mid-plan feature removals”
Pros
Putting together a website is pretty easy with the software. It lets you build a site quickly and tailor it to the specifications you want without much trouble.
Cons
Bigger problem is that the pricing keeps going up and more recently they removed features from plans while people were still in the middle of the prepaid term they originally purchased for those exact features. In my opinion, that's a shady way to do business. If those features were included when someone paid up front, they shouldn't be taken away before the plan ends. Changing things for the next billing cycle with proper notice is one thing but doing it in the middle of an active plan is completely unacceptable.
