“anyone can use!”
Pros
Even someone with very little website-building experience can put together a site on the software. It's very user friendly, includes all the features I need and the pricing feels fair for what you get. Whenever I run into problems, the AI assistant usually points me in the right direction and if that's not enough, customer support is fast, responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
One annoyance is the dashboard and some of the required tasks which can be frustrating or even impossible to clear. For example, I bought my email service outside of the software so that task never gets marked as completed even though everything is working perfectly.

“frustrating lag and limited tools”
Pros
Is a budget-friendly way to build a website and the built-in drag and drop builder was something I appreciated.
Cons
The site lagged so badly that creating a website took far longer than it should have and felt much more frustrating and complicated than necessary. It also seemed short on the features I was hoping to have while building my site.

“effective drag and drop builder”
Pros
This tool has been the most effective website builder and marketing platform I've used. It hardly requires any coding to create and design websites thanks to its drag and drop editor and the ready-made CSS templates.
Cons
I haven't run into any real problems while using the software. It may be missing a few features but that hasn't been an issue because I can get them through third-party app integrations.

“simple publishing for non-designers”
Pros
Getting a site published with the software felt very approachable. I'm not a graphic designer but I was still able to figure it out and get my website live after a few hours of working with it.
Cons
One issue I ran into is that the text and image boxes can overlap which makes the page look messy on different devices like desktop screens, tablets and phones.

“accessible builder”
Pros
Building a professional-looking website with the software feels very easy even without any coding knowledge. The drag and drop editor is accessible so putting a site together only takes a few hours. I also really appreciate the wide selection of templates and the built-in marketing features, like SEO Wiz and email marketing which make it easier to grow a business without relying on extra third-party plugins.
Cons
The editor gives you a lot of creative freedom but that can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many options to work with. Another limitation is that after picking a template, switching to a completely different one isn't very simple unless you're willing to add your content again. That said the flexibility inside the template you choose usually helps balance that out.

“versatile tools”
Pros
The range of features available has honestly impressed me. I'm also extremely happy with the customer service and technical support. Unlike other companies that replace real people with AI, I'm not stuck spending hours acting like a test case while my online business suffers. the software has well informed human support staff who actually step in and help.
Cons
Because the platform includes a lot, you need some time to adjust to it. Still I don't really see that as a negative. Other companies have stripped things down so much that their applications barely work properly. I appreciate having the chance to learn a system that actually delivers on what it's supposed to do.

“my review”
Pros
After getting familiar with it, the software becomes very simple to work with. The interface feels accessible and it gives plenty of control over how a site looks without requiring any technical knowledge.
Cons
At the start it is slighlty difficult to use but once you figure out how everything works it becomes pretty easy.

“this wins!”
Pros
Building my site with the software has been very easy and their customer service has been excellent whenever I've needed help. Over the years, I've been able to keep adding more functions without much trouble. I'm not a developer but I can still create and manage the site myself.
Cons
Like most platforms, there's a cost involved when you make a sale through the shop. Other than that, I really don't have much to complain about because the software gives me what I need.

Pros
This platform has been really simple to work with and it comes with plenty of features that make the site both functional and attractive for visitors.
Cons
It can be a bit slow to load at times and the page will sometimes refresh on its own so I have to make sure I save my work every time I make any changes.

“so dependable”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the software is how dependable it has been. The customer service is solid and the SEO guidance they provide has been genuinely helpful for improving visibility. It has also helped bring in new customers which makes the platform feel worthwhile.
Cons
The pricing is the part that bothers me most. It feels too expensive for my budget and the cost seems to go up from time to time. I also don't like that these increases can happen without any notice in advance.

“Rich features”
Pros
Getting a really impressive-looking website together is very easy with the software. It offers a lot of functions and plenty of features that are simple to add and the interface feels very accessible from the start. Since no coding is needed, it's a good option for building a site from scratch without much trouble.
Cons
The HTML code the software generates is pretty hard to read and bringing an existing website into the software isn't very simple either. It would be helpful if the software had some kind of AI-based transfer tool to convert older pages into the software more easily. I also had a hard time moving the site over to my own server for hosting.

“Polished templates”
Pros
Gives you a very flexible drag and drop editor so you can put elements exactly where you want them. The templates also look modern and professional which makes it easier to build a site that feels polished.
Cons
One downside is that after building your site on the software, it can be difficult to transfer everything to a different platform later. You also still have to make separate adjustments for the mobile version.

“outstanding support”
Pros
Getting help from Alina was honestly a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly patient, friendly and quick to suggest things that could fix the error I was dealing with. I'd recommend her again and again without hesitation. She truly deserves a raise or promotion.
Cons
The AI help bot wasn't nearly as helpful. It was much easier to talk to a real person and with this issue, Alina was far more efficient than the bot.

“cost-effective”
Pros
Running a business or launching something new is a lot simpler with this tool. It's easy to access, simple to use and offers a cost-effective option for entrepreneurs who still want plenty of valuable features.
Cons
The dashboards and mobile app feel somewhat basic right now and could be more accessible to use. It would also be better if more features were included.

“helpful support when it counts”
Pros
One thing I've consistently appreciated about this website builder is how user friendly it is. More than anything though, I value that once the AI options run out, there's still a real person available to help. I genuinely don't think I would have fixed my issue without someone actually looking at my site and walking me through the solution step by step.
Cons
My biggest frustration is with the Velo app for backend code because it feels pretty limited. I really think the full site code should be directly accessible from the settings tab. If something gets broken, there should be a simple way to roll it back through change history with an arrow or at the very least return to and republish the version of the site from before the code was changed.

“reliable backups and uptime”
Pros
I'm sitting here in this creaky chair trying to finish things fast before my next call and one thing I genuinely appreciate is how quickly I can recover if I ruin the design which happens more often than I'd like. With just a couple of clicks, the backups let me restore everything. It also doesn't feel like a typical drag and drop builder and the uptime has matched exactly what they promised.
Cons
That 60-field CMS cap becomes a total nightmare once you start building bigger projects. I've gotten so frustrated with it that I had to restructure an entire site three separate times because of those absurd limits and it nearly made me give up. I also don't understand why creating a full-screen dropdown requires some kind of hack like using 100vw. On top of that, the pricing has gotten far too expensive and they keep increasing it by 20% every year without giving any real explanation.

“velo customization is a game changer”
Pros
The built-in features have been a huge plus for me and being able to customize elements with Velo code really changed everything. If I can write a script for it, I can usually come up with a solution.
Cons
Most frustrating part of the software is how elements shift positions between preview mode and the live site. There really should be a better way to make sure the elements stay exactly where they're placed.

“all-in-one tools I love”
Pros
Having everything in one place after building my website has been a huge plus. I can handle emails, the domain, ads and more without leaving the software. The customer support chat was also really helpful and gave me fast solutions whenever I needed them. On top of that, the templates are very user friendly which made the whole process much easier since I don't have any coding or HTML experience.
Cons
Only thing I'd want is a slightly lower price. As an entrepreneur, I always try to keep startup costs down. The premium sale definitely helped though especially when it suddenly dropped to 50% off and that makes me more likely to consider switching to an annual plan instead of paying monthly.

“flexible drag and drop builder”
Pros
A friend recommended the software to me and I started using it in 2020. The part I enjoy most is the drag and drop editor for building websites since it lets me create pages with little to no coding.
Cons
Eveything has gone well overall since I started using the software. The only downside I've run into is the added expense of getting extra products like hosting and a domain.

Pros
Comes with a lot of built-in website tools and whenever I need help, I can reach an expert. That makes it a really good fit for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy.
Cons
The AI chat hasn't been very useful for me. It kept repeating the same responses even when my issue still wasn't actually resolved.
