Having a new business website up and running with this tool has been a really positive experience. It comes with most of the tools needed to build a site and the features are very accessible to use. Customer support has been outstanding as well, honestly some of the best I've dealt with. For our property management company, it worked really well for creating a booking website from the ground up. The iCal connection has also worked flawlessly and we've never had any issues with it which is absolutely essential in this industry.

Cons

As the business grows and you start needing more professional-level functions and features, the software can feel a bit limited. In our case, as a property management company, we ran into restrictions with the number of photos that could be highlighted for each villa. The image quality also wasn't the strongest although it was perfectly acceptable for a business that was just getting started.

Pros

Launching a site feels much less intimidating especially if you don't have any coding background. The editing interface is accessible and beginner friendly and the large selection of templates covers just about every type of business need. The drag and drop tools make it simple to build a professional-looking site and the mobile site builder is another really useful feature. Other than that the free plan includes a domain which gives it a strong advantage compared with a lot of competing platforms.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into any downsides while using the software. It has been easy to work with and has provided a really solid service overall.

Working in advertising as a video editor and director, I sometimes struggle to showcase my work properly especially when a client expects to see a polished website. Since I'm not a web designer, I always assumed building and managing a site would be difficult. the software changed that for me by making the whole process simple and helping me present my work in a professional way, almost like I'm running a full production company with its own website. The platform is also very user friendly which made everything much easier to handle.

The only real issue for me is customer support which seems to have some delays although I assume that's because of how many users they have. I'd also really appreciate more tutorial videos to help me keep learning and solve the problems I run into while using the site.
