“helpful widgets”
Pros
Verry easy to work with. It includes an automatic site builder and walks you through each step in detail so it's simple to get your website up and running properly. It also comes with plenty of widgets that let you add extra functions to your page. Another big plus is the subdomain service which is really useful if you can't afford to pay for your own domain yet.
Cons
Improvement is needed in the option to remove the default scripts and style files that come built into the site. Even if you don't notice they're there, they can make the page take a few extra seconds to load and that ends up affecting the experience for visitors.

“all in one website builder”
Pros
Beyond just building a website, the software offers a complete online solution. The built-in themes give users plenty of freedom to be creative and express their style which makes it fit well for different kinds of projects. It's also optimized for both mobile and desktop so visitors can access the site comfortably from either device. Another big advantage is that you can create your website and even set up an emailing system without relying on extra third-party software. On top of that, the e-commerce integration works simply and without trouble which makes the whole platform even more practical.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is giving beginners more flexibility so they don't have to pay for email hosting right away. It would also be helpful if the software added a live chat support option directly on the platform. Overall though because of the drag and drop features that let anyone design a professional-looking website, the experience has been excellent.

“versatile builder for blogs”
Pros
It feels like an approachable software because the drag and drop editor isn't complicated at all so even beginners can use it comfortably. It's a well-rounded platform packed with useful features and it has worked really well for my blog and the other online businesses I've created over the years.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price since it can be quite expensive. Also once your site is published, you can't switch templates unless you rebuild everything from scratch. For long-term scalability, you may also end up needing a third-party app.

“best free website maker”
Pros
Being able to resize images in the website builder without losing quality is a big plus. The fine adjustment options give really good control and make it easier to get everything looking just right.
Cons
The font selection feels too limited especially with mostly coffee shop-style fonts available. I'd really like to see more font options added.

Uses a very user friendly layout, offers responsive customer support and gives you plenty of options to help you get started when building a website.

A handful of features are locked behind a paywall but the pricing is still fairly reasonable.

“simple setup”
Pros
Using it feels very easy. The preset layouts make the building process easier and also give plenty of inspiration when putting a site together.
Cons
The mobile editor doesn't offer as many features or as much flexibility for adding elements. A lot of the time, you need to add items in the desktop version first so they appear on mobile and then sometimes hide them afterward. It's still usable but it does mean constantly switching back and forth between desktop and mobile. Not being able to edit text directly in mobile view is also a bit frustrating.

“rich customization”
Pros
Took almost no time at all to get our company website online. The sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming at first but the platform is still accessible and user friendly once you start working in it. I really appreciate software that lets me get up and running quickly while still offering a strong amount of customization.
Cons
Drawback is that I need to use my most powerful computer to get decent performance since the software can be pretty resource-heavy. It's also on the expensive side and because of that we chose to purchase our domain and email through another provider, Namecheap. While the software does offer domains, the cost of buying email addresses through them was just too high.

“love the visuals”
Pros
Right away, the software feels very user friendly, with lots of clear labels and visual cues that make it simple to move around the platform.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was the speed since some features were pretty slow to load and took quite a while to fully open.

“made a wedding site!”
Pros
Has been a really solid choice for building my wedding website and registration portal. Putting the site together was easy and I had plenty of customization options to make it fit what I wanted. The event management tools have been the highlight for me and I was also pleasantly surprised by how complete the free version is.
Cons
I'd still love to see more advanced personalization options and lower payment fees would definitely make it even better but overall I really don't have much to complain about.

“affordable pricing”
Pros
The monthly cost works really well for my online store and that's a big plus for me. The best part is having so much control over how I can customize the website and make it look the way I want.
Cons
Something that's frustrating is the lack of a built-in option for customers to request returns, along with a vendor section to print return labels. To handle that, you have to rely on an extra app like Shippo. It's also disappointing that connecting the store to Facebook and Instagram Shop isn't easy--or doesn't seem to be available at all--like it is on other platforms such as Shopify. I've been trying to get that working for months.

“free domain”
Pros
Huge plus to get a free domain name! If you're not fully sure about putting money into a business yet, being able to save on a website really helps. The templates are also very beginner friendlyeven for someone who knows nothing about building a site. Overall the software feels very user friendly from start to finish.
Cons
I wish it came with more features. That said since it includes a free domain, it's hard to complain too much about the limitations. Another downside is that you don't get a true .com domain since the site address ends up being your name plus .the software.

Pros
Getting a blog or website up and running is very easy. It's free to use, comes with plenty of templates to shape the look and feel of the site and feels secure as well. It also supports accepting payments online which is a big plus. When used well, it gives you a solid way to build a brand that can hold value for years.

“quite satisfied”
Pros
Having this software gave me full control over how my site looks and feels while still providing management tools and social integration features that turn the site into a true one-stop shop.
Cons
The part I liked least was the media sizing limitation since some pictures and videos don't always fit or display the way I want. I also had a hard time for a while figuring out the page transition effect.

Pros

“helpful SEO and e-commerce tools”
Pros
So easy to work with especially for SEO and e-commerce. Those areas usually take some skill but the software makes them much more manageable for people with little to no background in either one.
Cons
The pricing could definitely be better and I think they would attract more customers if their plans were more affordable. It would also help if they offered more add-on options similar to what you can get with WordPress.

“professional pages without coding”
Pros
Building a professional-looking website with the software has been a really good experience. It's a solid option for anyone who wants to get a site up and running without needing web design experience or coding knowledge. The platform is simple to figure out and it makes it much easier to turn your ideas into a real website.
Cons
One issue we keep running into is the amount of spam coming through the forms page. We do report those emails to the software but we never seem to get any feedback afterward. It would be helpful to know how the software can better support users with this problem.
