“Accessible templates but limited editing”
Pros
It is a website builder made for people who know nothing about coding since its predefined templates guide you through the process. You really only need to know what your site will be about and it shows you templates that fit those needs. The platform feels very accessible because of its clean interface and with just a few clicks and some basic answers, you can already have your website ready. If you want a site with a more professional look, you also have the option to upgrade to a premium plan or hire a professional.
Cons
Biggest limitation is in how much you can edit the templates. I can change the layout and style but I can't modify the code so if I want something different, I have to choose another preset site format instead. There's also no option to integrate it with a third-party application. On top of that, the upgrade pricing feels a bit expensive compared to competitors especially when you look at the amount of storage included.

“tons of design freedom”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it is how many ways it lets you customize your site. There's a huge range of options and it honestly feels like it offers more variety than most other website builders out there.
Cons
The editor does lag sometimes although I've noticed the software has been improving its speed over time.

“Quick performance”
Pros
Gives users a premium way to create and design a really attractive website. The upgraded templates look polished and the drag and drop builder makes the design process very convenient. It also does a good job with website security without slowing performance down.
Cons
It includes an SEO wizard to guide users with search engine optimization but its SEO approach feels outdated and could use an update. It would also be better if more tools were available for content optimization and speed management.

“perfect fit for simple sites”
Pros
A couple of years back a friend of mine needed a basic website he could handle on his own. I checked out a few different options, trying to find something that would make things as easy as possible for him. In the end, the software turned out to be the best match for what he needed. We built the site together in just a few days and after that he was able to manage everything himself without needing my help.
Cons
The only downside for me was that the service felt relatively expensive compared with other platforms. That said for what he needed, the price really wasn't an issue.

“flexible features, pricey upgrades”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how the features connect with each other. It lets us build on our ideas and make the most of the platform by using one feature after another or even combining up to five features within the product.
Cons
There is not much to complain about with this software, except for the cost. The expenses add up whenever we want to try out new features so I really hope they can make it more affordable.

“make sites without much effort”
Pros
Feels very approachable for beginners and with how much they advertise, a lot of people end up trying it first. It originally started out as a Flash-based site builder which obviously didn't work out but now it has shifted into a standard website and landing page builder like the rest of the market. It works pretty much the way you'd expect from that type of platform and the templates make it simple to put together designs that look polished without much effort.
Cons
The weak spot is SEO. Its SEO capabilities just are not as strong or as deep as what you get with WordPress.org or WordPress.com. Because of that, we've had to move multiple clients away from the software when long-term SEO performance became important. If SEO is a priority and you don't want to host your own CMS, I'd point people toward WordPress.com instead.

“Good results”
Pros
Building a useful, productive interface with it feels very easy because the platform is extremely user friendly.
Cons
Since there are so many templates available it would be much better if switching from one template to another didn't require rebuilding the site.

“made a website so quickly!”
Pros
Beginning with this tool took almost no time and using it has been just as easy. It lets me put together websites for my clients quickly which really helps shorten my turnaround time when delivering the finished product. It's the platform I rely on whenever I need to build a website fast.
Cons
I haven't run into anything to dislike about the software. I use it every day and up to this point, I still haven't found any part of it that I'm unhappy with.

“versatile tools for small businesses”
Pros
There's a wide range of services available at different price points and they genuinely feel worth paying for. It covers a little bit of everything which makes it a really solid option for individuals and small businesses.
Cons
It isn't really suited for large-scale websites or bigger companies since it doesn't provide the level of support needed for that.

“user friendly”
Pros
Starting with this solution feels simple and user friendly. The dashboard comes with plenty of useful features and having a mobile app available on your phone is a really nice bonus.
Cons
At times I still need a bit more support when trying to learn newer features and it would help to have better tips around customization for SEO and similar settings beyond just the video clips they provide.

“Flexible ways to reach customers”
Pros
Gives me plenty of different options to communicate my needs and messages to customers which makes it really useful for connecting with people in different ways.
Cons
Part I liked least was building the website itself. I felt there should be more clearly categorized information to make the site creation process easier to follow.

“accessible website setup”
Pros
Initiating this software was the best part. I had never bought website software or used any kind of site builder before but I never really felt lost or unsure about what to do next. Everything was laid out in a way that made the whole process feel very approachable.
Cons
I did not like the constant upselling. It often felt like I was being pushed to spend more, whether it was for a premium template or access to certain customer support features.

“User friendly site builder”
Pros
Building a landing page or full website feels very easy. The platform is really user friendly and most of the work is done through drag and drop which makes the whole process simple and convenient.
Cons
No major complaints about the platform but I do wish it included more widgets to make the development process even more flexible and creative.

“simple setup that just works”
Pros
Jumping into the tool is easy for just about anyone. You do not need to be particularly tech-savvy to set it up and the free trial does not require entering any debit or credit card details which is a big plus. Even with that, it still works perfectly.
Cons
The built-in template selection for customization is somewhat limited.

“Pricing outweighs flexibility”
Pros
It lets you add features like a blog, calendar booking and a shopping cart without much trouble. It also does a solid job guiding users through connecting a domain, thanks to the step by step videos. Managing pages and handling SEO is easy and pulling in data from a database is fairly simple as well.
Cons
Lowest priced plan is still quite expensive and it feels very stripped down. If you want any real functions, you have to move up to a much pricier plan. Responsive design is also one of the weaker areas. Mobile design options are restricted and sometimes the layout shifts for no clear reason which means checking both desktop and mobile after even tiny page edits. There's no option to add custom CSS. The photo editor is pretty limited and can be heavy on computer resources. It's also frustrating that you have to place the database icon on the page just to make use of a database.

“reliable builder for small teams”
Pros
Building a website with it feels much more accessible for smaller organizations that do not have in-house resources. They also keep rolling out new features consistently and seem to genuinely listen to their user community when improving the product and overall experience.
Cons
Sometimes arranging elements properly during the design process can be frustrating. Different sections of the site occasionally snap into odd positions when I try moving them around.

“So valuable!”
Pros
Running a freelance business it has been really useful for getting a website up and running. It covers what I need with a solid range of templates and the ability to customize them. Another thing that adds a lot of value is the option to manage the domain directly through the software. I also appreciate that the editor lets me work on the mobile version of the site separately which is a big plus.
Cons
A few of the templates can feel a bit rigid so it is not always possible to adjust every design element exactly the way you want. Managing the site can also seem a little overwhelming at first but after spending some time with it, the platform becomes much clearer. Once you get used to it, it turns out to be very detailed and offers strong site management tools.
