“great drag and drop builder”
Pros
Getting started with the software felt incredibly easy thanks to the drag and drop editor which is especially welcoming for anyone new to website design. Compared with platforms like WordPress that can take a while to learn, the software had me building and publishing in just a few minutes.
Cons
I've had a hard time coming up with any real downside because every kind of website I've needed to make has been possible with the software. It has consistently delivered what I wanted so I really haven't run into any meaningful faults.

Pros
Even without much knowledge of website design, I was still able to build a good site for my business with the software and that's been the best part of using it.
Cons
I'd just like to see a few more template options available.

“simple steps to develop a site”
Pros
It is one of the best tools for building websites. It lets just about anyone create their own site through a few simple steps which makes the whole process very approachable.
Cons
Nothing that stands out to me as a downside. It seems to include all the features needed these days to build an attractive website.

“range of styles offered”
Pros
Being able to use our own template designs is a big advantage. It also offers a wide range of styles, services and integrations wherever they're needed. On top of that, the pricing is quite low compared to other similar software.
Cons
The only downside is that the media features feel limited when it comes to wrapping images.

“excellent platform”
Pros
Starting off is easy and the interface is simple to move around in. Even basic edits end up looking polished and professional which makes it especially helpful for beginners.
Cons
I just wish there were a few more customization options for layouts and formats so it wasn't as noticeable which platform the site was built on.

“Create sites all by yourself!”
Pros
Out of all the website builders I've tried, this one has been the simplest to work with. It gives you plenty of options and if you want to build a site completely from scratch, you can do that too. There's also a huge selection of templates available and they're customizable enough to tweak however you need.
Cons
The only limitation I've run into is the Constant Contact integration which only works through a lightbox. It would be much better to have more integration options available.

“quick website launch”
Pros
A simple, easy way to put together and launch a website quickly. It's very much a what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of builder.
Cons
It's not really the right choice for anyone who needs more advanced features or deeper functions.

“Standout features”
Pros
Compared with other website builders, the software offers a broader mix of styles, services and integrations in a way that feels more direct and efficient. I really appreciate being able to customize my site however I want and features like reservations event tools and more detailed layout options make it easier for a business to stand out. The best part is that none of this requires coding knowledge which makes the whole platform feel approachable. In a category that can get overwhelming fast, the software stays accessible and beginner friendly.
Cons
The downside is that many add-ons, including some that feel pretty essential, require upgrading so it can stop being an affordable option very quickly. That trade-off is frustrating and not really one most people want to make. Support is also very limited, almost to the point of being unavailable so things are fine only if you never run into questions or problems. Once an issue comes up and you actually need help, the experience is far from enjoyable. There is a fairly detailed FAQ and help center but it still leaves out a lot of common situations.

“easy to use”
Pros
Pretty easy to figure out so there's really no need for training or any professional background to begin using it.

An annoying part is that the editor often takes quite a while to load and I'm not convinced it's related to my internet connection.

“invoice tracking works brilliantly”
Pros
It's really useful being able to monitor the invoices we send out and see when a customer has actually opened them.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is having the option to create invoice drafts without needing to enter a contact address especially in the early stages with a customer when we just need a placeholder with sample pricing.

“helpful tutorials”
Pros
Gives you plenty of important options to add to your website including most of the popular features designers are using right now. The tutorials are really helpful too. If you're ready to spend some time learning the platform, you can end up with a website that looks polished and works very well.
Cons
Even though it's marketed as being simple to use, there are things you need to adjust to. Building everything out also takes more time than you may expect.

“no coding needed”
Pros
Building a site with this software feels very easy even without any background in coding or web development. It's simple to figure out, user friendly and honestly a real game changer in the website industry.
Cons
A few of the design features feel somewhat limited especially when it comes to customization. There are only a small number of themes to choose from and I'm not able to add extra features beyond what's already included.

“solid option”
Pros
Is a really solid option for anyone who doesn't have a lot of technical experience but still wants to put together an impressive website. It's easy for both the organization managing the site and the people using it on the front end. There are plenty of modern, attractive templates and design choices available so you can create a polished, high-end website from the ground up without all the usual stress.
Cons
There are a handful of design limitations that can feel a little restrictive creatively while building the site but they're minor and not a serious issue.

“bring your vision to life”
Pros
The WYSIWYG approach is a big plus. I can place text anywhere on the page, add photos and buttons exactly where I want them and build the site around my own vision instead of being boxed into a rigid template like some other platforms require.
Cons
It does take a bit of learning to get the most out of it. Things like SEO settings, image sizing, page speed and other best practices aren't always obvious at first so there are a few trade tricks you need to pick up along the way.

“fun website builder”
Pros
Using it feels really accessible. Whether you already know web design or you're just starting out, it gives you plenty of flexibility to work with. It's very simple to figure out and use and even my 10-year-old daughter enjoys building websites with it.
Cons
The downside is that a lot of the extra features come as paid add-ons. Then again, that's probably just how the marketing works--bring people in first and then offer the premium stuff. ;)
