“great template variety”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the huge selection of website templates available. There are tons of options for different purposes, covering just about every common and niche need. Another feature I really appreciate is the mobile app which lets you manage and work on your website from a phone or tablet. That feels especially valuable for solo entrepreneurs who have to handle everything on their own.
Cons
Changing templates is pretty difficult. Moving from one template to another isn't very easy so if you decide to switch later, you'll probably end up redoing a lot of your work.

“Good tools and integrations”
Pros
Working with the tool is easy and the simple admin panels make it accessible for just about anyone. The features and user options are genuinely impressive and the third-party apps and integrations work smoothly without any trouble.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems with this software at all. It has been absolutely amazing to use.

“plenty of templates to choose from”

“Limited ecommerce flexibility”
Pros
A thing the software does really well is flexibility. You can shape the site into different formats and adapt it for a wide range of purposes depending on what you need.
Cons
the software really falls short on custom ecommerce features and integrations. Platforms like Shopify offer a much stronger app ecosystem and the software needs to build out something similar for online store owners. Its tools also need better tuning for proper sales optimization.

“professional looking site, fast updates”
Pros
Updating my website takes very little time and most of the tools feel accessible to use. The finished site looks polished and professional--you'd never guess it wasn't built by a developer.
Cons
I really wish better access to customer support. Whenever I have a question, I end up having to research it myself which takes extra time. Being able to talk to a real person would be really helpful.

“smart bundling boosts sales”
Pros
A feature that really helps is the ability to bundle products, pairing a less popular item with a best-selling one so both get more attention. It's a smart way to encourage cross-selling especially for products customers might otherwise overlook. When promotions are set up this way, it can lead to stronger sales and give the business a solid return on investment. A downside is that you can't move the software site elsewhere and changing to a different template isn't really an option.

“Builder with helpful support”
Pros
With so many website builders out there, the software still stands out as one of the most popular options. The platform is very user friendly so putting together a website feels manageable even for someone without much experience. There's also a big selection of templates and if those don't fit what you want, you can build a custom design instead. On top of that, the software includes plenty of useful features like SEO tools, eCommerce functions and social media integrations. If anything comes up while creating or updating a site, their support team is available 24/7 which is a big plus.
Cons
Something that bothered me was not being able to change the font style or size.

“flexible website styling tools”
Pros
Something that really worked well for me was how many options it gives you to customize and decorate a website. It also saves your changes almost automatically which is really helpful while building pages. Even without much design experience, the platform feels simple to use. On top of that, putting together the structure of my new website was fast because there were so many layout and setup choices available.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the app could use more modern templates and site structures. Aside from that, everything else felt excellent.

“attractive site builder”
Pros
It's a solid option for creating a beautiful website without much effort. The whole setup feels very plug-and-play so it works well for anyone who wants something simple and easy. It's best suited to people who don't rely heavily on being discovered through search engines. the software does offer its own SEO integrations but it really isn't built or optimized for SEO in the same way a WordPress site is.
Cons
The biggest downside is that it doesn't provide a strong foundation for SEO. It feels more like a platform for sharing content with clients you already have rather than attracting new traffic organically. For business models that focus on building an existing customer relationship and increasing sales from that base, the software can actually be a very good fit.

“affordable but very limited”
Pros
When you don't know how to build a website yourself or can't afford to hire a designer, the software is a fairly budget friendly option and it's very simple to work with.
Cons
Removing the software branding costs extra, the templates feel very basic and mostly look like copies of one another and integrations are quite limited. Customization also clearly isn't one of its main strengths.

“Live updates”
Pros
The software portal makes it really convenient to access all of your templates and current websites in one place which is a great feature. The real-time updates are also a big plus since you can instantly see the changes you make as they happen.

Pros
As a new user I can say the platform is very simple to use. It also came with free vouchers on my first purchase which was a nice bonus. It really helped me get my business started.

“free publishing with handy templates”
Pros
Creating and publishing a website at no cost is very easy and the navigation is simple to follow. The ready-made templates also help a lot by saving time and effort during setup.
Cons
Given how much open-source and freeware software is available, it would be better if some premium features were more affordable. At the very least, basic static website publishing could remain free. It's not really a complaint, more of a suggestion for improvement.

“agency-level sites with the software”
Pros
A lot of website builders get criticized because the finished site ends up looking amateurish but that hasn't been the case with the software. To be honest, I've paid agencies in the past and gotten websites that looked worse than the one I was able to build myself using the software.
Cons
I understand that live support is expensive to provide but every now and then I'd still prefer the option to speak with an actual human.

“fast builde”
Pros
The speed is excellent which I really love. The template collection is amazing and the extra features available through the software App are really impressive. It's also convenient for marketing and the support team has been very helpful. there's not much more I could ask for.
Cons
One downside is that the Premium plan only allows a single site. Another limitation is that a site can't be transferred to another owner and switching templates felt difficult since they aren't interchangeable.

“Elegant designs”
Pros
Getting a polished, elegant website up and running in just one day is probably the biggest advantage of the software. Both the standard Editor and Editor X are very capable and they feel accessible and user friendly while still offering a lot of power.
Cons
The restaurant features still seem a bit unfinished since that part is clearly still being developed and updated. Some practical functions are missing right now, like setting a one-time usage limit for coupon codes.

“powerful student tracking tools”
Pros
We're able to maintain a detailed database of our students and stay in touch with them easily about upcoming classes. Their replies to our follow-up messages help us monitor their progress as well. We also rely on it to pull statistics for fundraising, track specific data points and keep connected with students. It feels accessible and easy to use and setting up automated responses for events is simple.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the homepage layout and overall feature presentation since it could be designed in a way that's easier to read.

“helpful guides and tutorials”
Pros
Coming in with almost no background in web design or site building, the software turned out to be exactly what we needed. Getting signed up and registering the website didn't require much technical know-how at all. The step by step guides and video tutorials really helped confirm that choosing the software was the right decision for us.
Cons
My only real issue is that some of the templates feel dated and can make a website look old-fashioned. I understand that the paid version includes more options but if those premium templates are updated regularly, the free ones should be kept current too.

“fast setup”
Pros
Even on the free plan the platform is very versatile and comes with several accessible tools that make it approachable especially for people with little to no web development experience. Usability is really the standout strength here--you can have a website up and running within minutes. In a fast-moving environment like today's, that kind of speed is incredibly valuable for anyone taking their first step into the digital space. It also offers high-converting features, strong templates and an excellent design experience. The service is stable, lightweight to access and keeps data secure.
Cons
Although it includes a lot of useful features, having to pay to unlock more relevant ones is still a downside. Support on the free version can also take a while which makes the experience less convenient. On top of that, the ads included in the free plan are a drawback and I've noticed the mobile version can be slow to respond. One improvement I'd really suggest is making the booking system more complete and more accessible especially for someone without prior experience.
