“professional product”
Pros
The theme choices made it really simple to keep the colors, fonts and overall style consistent across my entire website. People compliment the look and layout all the time which has been really rewarding. I also appreciate being able to run a blog directly through the software without needing to buy a separate platform or an additional domain.
Cons
The blog templates have improved over time but they used to feel very limited. I would go through the three pre-made options pretty quickly and then end up building blog posts from scratch. There are more templates available now which helps but the blogging features still feel incomplete. For instance, I often need to cite quotes with numbered references and there still isn't a way to use superscript text. SEO also isn't my strongest area so I wish the software offered better SEO guidance and outreach tools especially for beginners.

“highly customizable website builder”
Pros
It gives you a ton of flexibility depending on how hands-on you want to be. You can keep things very simple by clicking a button and letting the software handle most of the setup or you can build everything yourself from scratch and control the full design. It also lets you create your own templates for boxes and other site elements which is really convenient and helps your website look completely different from other the software sites.
Cons
One ironic downside is that the software's blog feature is not as flexible as its main competitor. Adding blog overview sections, in particular, is not as easy and there are not many options for choosing how those overviews are displayed. The biggest thing missing for me is the ability to create multiple separate blogs. I use blogs to organize different types of content and while categories and tags do help with that, there are times when keeping content in fully separate blogs would be a much better option. Unfortunately, the software does not offer that.

“user friendly website control”
Pros
Building and managing a website with the software feels very easy. It makes it simple to add or remove products, stay in touch with customers and handle the day-to-day things needed to keep a business running well. The platform is very user friendly, self guided and honestly something I'd recommend 11/10.
Cons
The only part I'm not completely satisfied with is the website layouts themselves. They could feel a bit more personal and customized.

“Flexible website builder”
Pros
Using it was really enjoyable because it felt very approachable right away. It fits nicely into the WYSIWYG website editor space and from there it gives you room to grow when you need more. You can begin with simple drag and drop tools, then, depending on how far you want to take it and how much you want to spend, move into better-looking layouts and even experiment a bit with coding. It's an excellent entry point for anyone wanting to build their own website.
Cons
First steps are very good and it definitely works well as a gateway into more advanced website building but the free version does reach its limits fairly quickly. That said it's not entirely a negative because the platform is updated often and some restrictions get added or removed over time. It's worth keeping an eye on those changes as you continue using the tool.

“Friendly setup for small businesses”
Pros
Moving around the interface is easy even if you don't code and the UX/UI feels very user friendly. It covers all the core features a small business would typically need to build and manage a website on its own. The analytics dashboard also includes most of the key insights a site owner would want to keep track of.
Cons
Customizing the site can feel a little restrictive when you want to build something beyond the available templates. At times, the interface also loads quite slowly which can be frustrating. On top of that, every add-on comes with an extra cost.

“good for beginners”
Pros
Delving into marketing or entrepreneurship feels much less intimidating with this software. It's a really good fit for beginners because the interface is accessible and simple to use even for people who have no background in building HTML5 websites. On top of that, the customer support is very helpful especially if you need guidance when creating a logo for your business or company.
Cons
A few of the tools feel restrictive especially when working with graphics and text. The editor would be much better if it allowed objects to be moved more freely since that would make it easier to use and would let users adjust pages more closely to their specific needs.

“flexible design and social reach”
Pros
When I built my first ecommerce site, this made the whole setup process really easy. The part I enjoyed most was being able to design the website the way I had originally pictured it. There are tons of customization options and you can also connect social media channels to help drive traffic to the site.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

No issues but I do wish they offered more integrations with other programs and more options for sourcing products.

“Review from an old user”
Pros
I've been using it for years and it didn't take long at all to get comfortable with it. Building websites with it was quick to learn and I've even used it to create sites for friends.
Cons
One limitation is that the mobile version doesn't offer as much as the desktop version.

“this is what you want”
Pros
Having a site up and running was incredibly fast and it still gives me plenty of flexibility as my business, portfolio and overall needs continue to change over time. I've been using my website for nearly three years now and being able to update and expand it as my business has grown has been a huge benefit. Their customer support is quick to respond and always willing to help. On top of that, the platform offers effective features and leaves plenty of room for useful third-party integrations.
Cons
My only real hesitation with the software is on the e-commerce side. Even though it does a lot well, it's missing some basic built-in tools like product reviews. Having to depend on a third-party service just to add reviews to my site felt a bit odd to me.

“Love it!”
Pros
The template selection is excellent and the automatic site backup gives extra peace of mind. It also feels like good value for the money and the drag and drop builder makes putting a site together very easy.
Cons
Customer support is really disappointing. It also feels limiting for experienced developers since there isn't much freedom to customize the code and the mobile layout tools don't offer enough control over how the site looks on phones.

“easy process”
Pros
Building blogs and websites with the software is really fast because the features we need are already built in and the drag and drop setup makes the whole process easy. We tested several other platforms and at this point I'd say the software is one of the best alternatives to WordPress available today. It's especially helpful for beginners who don't yet know the quickest or most accessible way to create a website in the IT space. Another big plus is that the software offers both free and paid domain options so there's no need to look elsewhere to get your site live on your own domain. With a small payment, the website can be up and running almost instantly.
Cons
I haven't really noticed any major mismatch or serious drawback. The only thing is that new users may need a little time to properly understand all the features before they start using everything confidently.

“Messy consistency”
Pros
There's a huge amount of design flexibility available beyond the standard templates and it also comes with plenty of integrations to connect with other tools.
Cons
At times the level of customization feels a bit overwhelming. Keeping fonts and colors consistent across every page should be simpler and having one-click style updates for the whole site would make a big difference.

“cool app”
Pros
One thing that really worked well with the software was the huge selection of templates available. There were plenty made for specific types of websites too, like fitness and health, business, education and more. The drag and drop editor made the whole process very easy to use. I've tried quite a few website builders and none of them felt as simple to work with as the software.
Cons
Even though it offers a lot of possibilities for building a website some features are quite restricted on the free plan. Hosting and private domain options also felt fairly expensive compared with other website builder platforms. On top of that, the free trial only gives access to a limited number of front-end design choices.

“secure site”
Pros
I really like how secure it is! It's very well protected so hackers can't just get into the system and access important information. It also helps prevent people from pretending to be sellers and scamming customers with fake sales.
Cons
The downside is that I wanted to move my website elsewhere but that wasn't possible. Because of that, I had no choice but to keep using it as it was.

“free version can do a lot”
Pros
Using it felt very accessible. Since I had never built a website before, the templates and formatting tools were incredibly helpful and made the whole process much more approachable. I also really appreciate how much you can still accomplish with the free version of the platform.
Cons
An issue I run into from time to time is that the text formatting I select will sometimes change after I publish a page on my the software site. It's usually a quick fix but it can still be frustrating when I've just finished editing a large section of text.

“so simple to use!”
Pros
Right away, the biggest thing I want to say is how user friendly it is. A lot of companies seem to forget that their business depends on customers and they end up creating products that are unnecessarily complicated. That is not the case here. The customer service is excellent and the actual website building process is simple and easy.
Cons
There were not many issues for me but if I had to mention one, it would be the way the platform is marketed. I really had not heard much about the software so when someone suggested I try it, I was a little unsure at first. It might help if the company put more effort into its marketing.

“Stands out”
Pros
The tool comes with a wide range of styles, services and integrations and it delivers them in a way that feels simpler and more effective than a lot of competing platforms. One of my favorite parts is how much control I have over my website's design since I can adjust the page pretty much however I want. Features like bookings event management and detailed layout options really help make the final result stand out and you do not need to know coding to get there. It feels accessible and user friendly in an area that can otherwise feel pretty overwhelming.
Cons
My biggest frustration with the software is that it is not very flexible when it comes to resizing websites. Since people view webpages on all kinds of screen sizes, it would be really helpful to manage page and text breakpoints directly inside the software instead of having to move over to EditorX. That editor is also part of the software but it costs more.

“didn't take me long to use”
Pros
Coming from a fashion design background, building a company website was completely outside my usual skill set. I'd never created a site before but the software made the whole process simple to understand and helped me get everything up and running in a short amount of time.
Cons
Its so annoying when I switch to a different template and it changes the formatting which means I have to redo parts of the work from scratch. That part definitely isn't ideal.
