Overall everything works really well. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for if you need those features.

Getting started with the software felt very easy thanks to the clear guidance, well-designed templates, useful add-ons and background color options. The whole platform looks polished and professional which really helped when putting everything together.

I honestly didn't run into any issues. Everything was simple to follow, there were plenty of useful options to choose from and I really loved being able to preview the site before publishing it.

Building a professional website with the software is really easy and I can put one together quickly without needing any technical background. The design flexibility, templates and integrations make creating a modern, polished, high-quality site feel very simple.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features are only available on premium plans and some customization options are still more limited than what you can do with a fully custom-coded website.

Is easy to use and gives you a lot of room to customize your site. Any time I've run into a problem and reached out through live chat, the support team has been friendly, helpful and able to resolve the issue every single time.

A few features can be a bit less accessible to set up but there are plenty of helpful guides available and when that's not enough, the customer service team is excellent.

Coming from WordPress, the software has a lot going for it. Building a site feels much simpler and there's no need to deal with plugins or Elementor. I really enjoyed working with an editor that feels so accessible.

It's still a fairly closed system. When I tried to move my portfolio to Hostinger, I realized all of the content would have been lost since it doesn't use the same editor.

Using the software has been a really positive experience because the platform is accessible, the customer service is helpful and the features are solid. Only issue I ran into happened at checkout. I was expecting to be charged monthly but the full annual amount was taken at once even though I'm fairly sure I had chosen the monthly option.

Right from the start, the software felt clean and easy to use. The layout is accessible so navigating the platform and managing a website doesn't take much effort. On top of that, the customer service team is responsive, well informed and genuinely helpful whenever support is needed. Overall the software makes building and running a site feel simple and efficient.

There really aren't any major downsides. The large number of features can seem a bit overwhelming at first but it gets much better once you spend some time with it. The one area that could use improvement is mobile responsiveness.
