Cons
A few features do feel somewhat limited but with the right experience, you can still build really strong websites.

“impressive!”
Pros
There's a really impressive selection of creative, modern templates to choose from. Adding pages, subpages, blog content, videos and even sales features is very easy.
Cons
It doesn't quite cover everything in one place. I had to purchase my domain through a different provider and I'd prefer having a single bill for all my website-related services.

“great for non-coders”
Pros
Building a website with the software has been really simple and it offers tools for just about anything you might need. As someone who doesn't code, I thought this platform was great to work with.
Cons
When I need a very specific function I have to rely on an app integration which can feel a bit outdated or require a workaround to get things working. That said the software keeps rolling out new built-in features so the platform is constantly improving.

“blogging tools all in one”
Pros
Having blogging essentials built in especially the SEO features, is a huge plus for me. I can get things done just by clicking through the options instead of dealing with manual coding. It also helps that visitor messages come straight through Messenger so I'm able to catch inquiries without missing them.
Cons
I'd still want for the website to remain searchable even when using the free plan.

“Costly limits”
Pros
The drag and drop editor, wide selection of attractive templates and variety of built-in tools make the whole process simple. If the goal is to put together a site that looks polished and professional, the software is more than capable of handling that.
Cons
The downside is that the price can add up once you start needing extra features to make the site work properly for a business. Another frustration is how locked in you are to the software because moving to a more advanced platform later can be difficult and that lack of flexibility can turn into a real headache.

“All in one”
Pros
Having everything in one platform makes the software really useful for running a business. You can build a website, manage contacts, use live chat, run a blog, accept payments, send invoices and more without needing separate tools. That all-in-one setup makes it a very smart choice for any business. Another thing that adds a lot of value is the support team. You can request a callback and they usually call within 5 minutes to help fix the issue. Support is the backbone of any service and while many companies overlook it, the software does a really solid job here.
Cons
It would be much better if the software added more payment options for the Asian market. Right now, they are missing major methods like Google Pay and Apple Pay. Out of everything they offer, the payment options are the part I was least satisfied with.

Creating our new website with this was easy and the preset boxes for adding features to pages made the whole process enjoyable.

I'd still like better collaboration options especially for working together remotely on site updates and improvements.

“I recommend”
Pros
the software was not only simple to customize but it also let me build several pages connected to the main splash page which made it possible to put together a really compelling website. Even without any programming background at all, you can still create engaging pages with the software.
Cons
I can't point to anything I liked least about the software.

“perfect for DIY websites”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software is very easy which makes it a solid choice for anyone wanting to build their own business website or for a new web designer still learning how everything works.
Cons
It doesn't offer the same level of flexibility as platforms like WordPress which are more advanced and give you deeper customization options if you have the knowledge to use them.

“Fast setup”
Pros
You don't need any coding knowledge to get started. It works quickly and comes with a wide range of design templates so you can have a professional looking and attractive site up and running in very little time. The paid plan includes a lot of extra benefits but even the free version is enough to create a solid website.
Cons
The part I liked least about the software was how limiting it can be when trying to customize the website exactly the way I wanted. I also didn't like the possibility of losing my content if I ever decide to move to another content management system.

“solid results”
Pros
Starting off was pretty easy and creating an account didn't take much effort. Some of the features were a little tricky to figure out at first but I was still able to build what I needed with it. In the end, it worked well enough for my goals even though I switched to another platform later that year.
Cons
It felt limited when it came to customization options and the integration choices weren't as broad as I wanted.

“custom widgets”
Pros
With this platform I can build a website, edit it anytime and shape it exactly how I want it to look. The templates are really well designed and it's nice being able to adjust them to fit my niche. The themes are also very appealing and there's plenty of room to add custom widgets or whatever else I want.

Pros
Putting together a professional looking web page is very easy with the software and it lets you create something that looks excellent even if you have no prior experience.

“fast website setup”
Pros
Whenever I need a website up and running quickly, the software is the first platform I go to. It's very user friendly and doesn't feel overly technical so putting together your own site can happen in just minutes. Most of the builder is easy and approachable which is a big reason I love using it.
Cons
My only real complaint with the software is the shopping cart functions. That part feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the platform and isn't as accessible to work with.

“Flexible design options”
Pros
There are plenty of customization options which makes it possible to build a website that really matches the look and feel you have in mind. It's also very user friendly so getting comfortable with the platform doesn't take long.
Cons
A lot of the features are locked behind an upgrade and it would be really helpful to have some kind of filter to clearly show which options require a higher-tier plan.
