“great website creation toolkit”
Pros
When it comes to building websites, this is honestly one of the best platforms available. I'd recommend it to just about anyone without thinking twice. It's simple to use, the online help is genuinely useful and the image library deserves a shoutout too. While putting my site together, I had so many visuals to choose from that I was honestly spoiled for choice lol.
Cons
One limitation is that it works really well when you're selling single items or only a small number of products but that could become an issue as the business starts to grow.

“Affordable builder”
Pros
Back when I started blogging in 2019 the software was the first platform I used to create a website. As a beginner, it felt like a very simple way to get started. The features are all quite distinctive but the templates were the part I appreciated most. No matter what niche your website is in, there are plenty of relevant templates available and they can be customized to match your preferences. It also works really well for e-commerce websites. On top of that, the software is reasonably priced which is a big reason why I enjoy using it.
Cons
Issue is that SEO is not very easy to optimize. It also does not allow you to move your website over to another platform. On top of that, adding certain things can sometimes be challenging because you have to work within the structure of its templates and follow their limitations.

“Has a free plan”
Pros
Creating and customizing a website with this has been really enjoyable because there are so many features to work with. It's also a big plus that they offer both a free version and a paid plan that comes with plenty of extra benefits.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Everything feels well organized and very user friendly.

“So much creative freedom”
Pros
Building a website with the software feels very easy even if you have little or no coding background. It removes the need to spend long, tedious hours learning HTML and CSS since you can put together a landing page quickly with its drag and drop tools.
Cons
Setback is that a website built on the software cannot really be transferred elsewhere and there's also no option for unlimited storage or bandwidth. That limit can be frustrating for businesses especially with bandwidth caps because it can eventually make a site inaccessible once those restrictions are reached.

“simple tools”
Pros
Using the software the part I enjoyed most was how simple and user friendly the tools are. Everything feels very accessible and it makes it possible to design your site in a way that really matches your style.
Cons
The only downside for me is that there are so many tools available for configuring the page. That can make you want to add too many elements and in the end the page may start to feel overcrowded.

“fitting for new businesses”
Pros
Working with it was simple and it was affordable enough to launch my business without a big upfront cost.
Cons
A drawback is that it's difficult to rank higher on Google and you have to pay for upgrades if you want access to more features.

“catalog tools need better guidance”
Pros
The catalog features are really useful and connecting everything to your platforms is something you definitely need. Those parts are simple to work with.
Cons
With so many features available in the app, it would be much better if there were more step by step guidance. That would help beginners a lot.

“Creative flexibility”
Pros
Has been a favorite for both building websites and handling our own company projects. It's very approachable to use which makes the whole web-building process feel accessible. The templates are a big plus too since they give us plenty of options, inspiration and a solid starting framework to build a site from.
Cons
Analytics matter a lot to us and that's where it feels a bit limited. It covers the basics and offers moderate functions but the analytics aren't effective enough on their own to give us the depth of insight we need to manage a fully detailed strategy.

“impressive templates”
Pros
This has an interface that lets you build complex, fully featured web pages without needing any third-party plugins. The site speed is very good and the visual editor feels accessible and easy to use. You can start from dozens of free templates and shape the site the way you want which makes it a really solid product. Hosting space is also included and even the free plan gives enough storage for a normal website.
Cons
The downside is that if you decide to use it for professional purposes, the price becomes, in my opinion, fairly high. That said the paid plan does include a custom domain and extra features that some users may actually need. At that point, alternatives like WordPress, both .org and .com, could end up being a more affordable option. It's worth checking the costs right away so you're not caught off guard when moving from the free plan to a professional paid one.

“Desktop-mobile editing but outdated workflow”
Pros
Being able to edit the desktop and mobile versions of the site separately is really useful. That said it would be even better if more settings could be applied globally and respond across both versions, instead of having to update each one side by side every time you make changes.
Cons
A lot of parts of the software feel outdated and somewhat like afterthoughts especially having to save every individual change through a pop-up window as you go or else it resets. That setup can make the workflow frustrating, particularly if you're used to more easy, linear site builders.

“Weak design sense”
Pros
Creating a website that looks good is pretty simple with the software. It's also very beginner friendly so even people with no experience can use it without much trouble.
Cons
The downside is that it can give do-it-yourself users with no real web design knowledge the impression that they've built a genuinely well-designed website.

“creative tools for small sites”
Pros
Works really well for anyone who wants to handle their own blog or build a website for a small business. It offers plenty of tools that help you create different kinds of websites and make them look creative and unique.
Cons
The part I liked the least was how some of the tools are placed in the interface. A few of them take time to find and that can be frustrating especially for new users who are still learning the platform.

“Perfect for local online stores”
Pros
Running my local e-commerce became much more manageable with the software. It's simple, practical and works really well even if you're not a developer and that's really where the software shines. I'd gladly give this CMS a high rating.
Cons
As a CMS it doesn't offer the fullest range of functions but it still works well enough for managing a small e-commerce business.

“user friendly website setup”
Pros
Is affordable and really simple to work with. It doesn't take any formal training to get started so pretty much anyone can jump in and begin updating or changing their website right away. The setup process was also very fast which made onboarding quick and convenient.
Cons
One downside is that the software doesn't have the same level of brand recognition as some of its competitors. A lot of people still view it as more of a college-level introductory tool rather than something a corporation would seriously use. Saying your company uses the software probably won't impress anyone but aside from that, I really don't see many negatives with the software.

“Professional designs on a budget”
Pros
Since early 2019 I've been using the software as a website admin and it has turned out to be a really practical platform. It lets you create very professional looking designs and layouts without needing a big budget which is a huge plus. Of course, getting a really polished end result still takes some time and effort but the value for the cost is excellent. It also comes with plenty of useful design elements like logos, color palettes, widgets, banners, templates and more. Overall I'm very happy with it and regularly recommend it to others.
Cons
An issue I've noticed is that the software can struggle on older computers. It may crash a few times or run much slower than expected which can be frustrating. A better-optimized version would probably solve a lot of this especially for people working on an older personal laptop instead of a newer company machine.

“create sites without any trouble”
Pros
Setting up a site with the software has been really convenient especially with the calendar-style booking, domain purchase option, cloud storage and media features all in one place. It's very user friendly and the fact that no coding is needed makes it accessible for anyone who just wants to build a website without technical trouble.
Cons
A downside is that it doesn't work well with the Mozilla Firefox browser and the blogging feature still feels like it could use some improvement.

“Stylish templates for starters”
Pros
Picking from the wide range of attractive templates is one of the best parts. After choosing one, it's simple to drag and drop images and text, arrange columns and build pages without needing to learn any coding. If you do have preset or ready-made HTML code, you can still copy and paste it in and have it display properly which helps the site look more polished and professional. For a new business with little or no budget, the free version is a really appealing way to get a website up and running.
Cons
The downside is that the free plan doesn't give your site the most professional appearance since the address ends up as yourdomain.the software.com which feels a bit awkward. It's also not ideal for long-term growth because at some point you may need to upgrade and then realize a move to WordPress makes more sense for access to more plugins. Another issue is performance while building the site since it can become quite slow and sometimes freeze during editing.
