“Perfect for portfolio sites”
Pros
As a graphic designer, I needed a place to present my portfolio and projects and the software has been the best choice for that. If you don't know how to code a website and also don't want to pay a web developer, it's a really solid option. Building a site with the software is very simple since you can use drag and drop tools and shape the design however you want. The third-party plugin integrations are also very strong. On top of that, the social media integration and SEO tools help bring more traffic to the site. the software offers a simple, fluid workspace that makes the whole process work really well. I'm very happy with the service.
Cons
Don't really have any complaints because everything felt very fluid and worked really well. Most of the time, you probably won't run into any UI issues and if anything does come up, customer support is there and has been good.

“My recommendation!”
Pros
It is a platform I'd gladly recommend because it offers hundreds of widgets along with a huge range of impressive designs and templates for building a website. It's very beginner friendly so even people without any web design background can still put together a really attractive website for free. The Editor X interface looks great, feels modern and gives you plenty of creative ideas for what you can build and customize on your site.
Cons
The only issue I run into from time to time is that the software can be a bit demanding on hardware. It works best when you're using a desktop or a laptop with higher specs and it also needs a fairly stable internet connection to perform well.

“customize pre made templates”
Pros
One of the best parts of using the software is how simple it is to customize the pre-designed templates and it also connects really well with eCommerce products.
Cons
The only downside with the software is that the starter plan still leaves ads displayed on the website.

“has soo many features”
Pros
the software comes with a lot of essential features which is a big reason we chose it for building our website. The chat box lets us talk directly with customers while they're browsing and the drag and drop editor makes it possible to design the site visually without needing any coding knowledge.
Cons
At the moment, the software still doesn't provide a drop-down menu but they keep adding new features regularly and this small inconvenience is far outweighed by all the benefits.

“professional site for solo work”
Pros
Running a business on my own, I'm not especially tech-savvy so the software has been really helpful for putting together a landing page my clients can visit. It gives them a simple way to complete forms and it helps me present myself in a much more professional way online even as a sole proprietor.
Cons
At times, the client details I need for sending emails aren't all in one place which has caused a few mix-ups.

“Secure and budget friendly”
Pros
Using the software has helped cut costs while boosting productivity at the same time. It also gives me confidence when it comes to keeping data secure.
Cons
One frustrating limitation with the software is that after you pick a website template, you can't switch to a different one later.

“Allows creativity”
Pros
Comes with high-quality templates and that's one of the things I enjoy most about it. They're polished right out of the box but they also give you plenty of room to build something original and make the site your own.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about the software. If anything, I'd just love to see them roll out even more features because I'm curious to see what else they could add.

“user friendly”
Pros
This platform feels very user friendly and the ready made templates are the part I enjoy the most.
Cons
The thing I like least about it is how slowly new features get added. They do have a "wishlist" form but the requests never really seem to get implemented.

“great website editing tools”
Pros
Website editing tools are really simple to use which makes customizing things much more enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend the software to anyone who wants to add their own personal touches to a website.
Cons
Right now, there are a few features we just don't use but that's not because there's anything wrong with them.

“helpful alerts and sales tracking”
Pros
Using the software has been really convenient. It notifies me whenever there are new visitors on my account, keeps track of my sales and site traffic and gives me a clear breakdown of everything. I also get notified immediately when an order comes in.
Cons
At times, it can be a little difficult to move products around when adding them.

“Flexible design freedom”
Pros
Being able to go beyond the standard templates is a big plus with the software. If you know some coding or prefer using the more advanced drag and drop editor, you can build just about any kind of design you want instead of being boxed into preset layouts.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that the software does not support a lot of external programs. Because of that, it becomes much harder to set up the systems I prefer to use especially when looking for things like rental platforms, eCommerce tools or live chat integrations.

“affordable”
Pros
Building a site with the software feels very easy because the process is simple and convenient. Pretty much anyone can create a website with it even without being a programmer or IT specialist. It almost feels like making art while designing pages. It also works well for creating ecommerce websites and the inventory management system is reliable and simple to handle. If you want to build your own website but don't know where to start, the software is a solid option because it lets people do it themselves without much difficulty. On top of that, it's affordable which makes it even more appealing.
Cons
Works really well for most people but it does come with some limits. It's fine for regular or standard traffic though if your website is expected to handle very high traffic, then it may not be the best choice.

“Polished UI”
Pros
the software is one of the top website builders available right now. The platform is very user friendly, with drag and drop tools, automations, affordable pricing, external app integrations and a really polished interface.
Cons
I've noticed a drawback even after using it for a long time and that is the customer support. Their support team tends to respond late and that has been my main issue with the service.

“make pages from scratch”
Pros
It gives you a lot of flexibility when building a site. You can put together everything from a homepage to a blog and basically any other pages you need from scratch. The templates are a helpful starting point and most of them can be adjusted quite a bit to match what you want. It also helps with SEO by offering guidance and you can connect tools like Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics. Being able to purchase a domain as part of the package is another nice time-saver.
Cons
There are still quite a few annoyances especially when uploading images, mainly with the spacing between photos in blog posts. It seems like a small thing but as a designer, I ended up spending way too much time trying to fix those layout issues. On top of that some template limitations made it harder to capture leads or build landing pages properly and the monthly cost for a personal site feels a bit expensive.

“review as a trainer”
Pros
As a trainer this has been a really practical free tool for teaching learners how to build an online portfolio, create their own website and understand content management without unnecessary stress. It works especially well for web design teachers who need something usable without a budget.
Cons
The available web space feels a bit limited although that also pushes users to be more creative with embedded content.
