“flexible edits and integrated events”
Pros
Making small updates is easy and adding events with ticketing is smooth since everything connects through Stripe. Even without any formal training, I was still able to figure out the platform and figure out the websites without much trouble.
Cons
Frustrating part is the online-only support. Not having a phone number to call can be annoying especially when you're stuck chatting with a bot and a quick conversation with a real person could solve the issue much faster.

“all-in-one features, frustrating builder”
Pros
Having everything in one place is really useful. the software lets me manage client data, accept payments, run a website and check analytics all from the same platform.
Cons
Something that really bothers me is that, in my opinion, the software leadership seems involved in unethical practices. On top of that, the website builder itself doesn't feel accessible to use.

“perfect fit for our brand”
Pros
Building our site with the software has felt very approachable and I've been able to manage it and create pages on my own without much trouble. Whenever I've had questions or needed help adding more features to the website, I've been able to get answers through the help chatbot or a live support rep. Both have been helpful to me many times. I also appreciate how much I can customize the site to match our business and brand style especially since so many useful features are already included. For a small business, it's been an incredible option for us.
Cons
Since we're a nonprofit that operates a lot like a business, we sometimes need sliding-scale options and we still haven't been able to fully customize that across all of our offerings.

“strong option for business sites”
Pros
Has really become a solid choice for business websites. It provides plenty of options to support growth for both small and larger businesses and at this point it's widely seen as one of the major ecommerce platforms.
Cons
The templates can be customized but they still don't feel as focused on business selling needs as some other platforms.

“reliable help”
Pros
Whenever I contacted customer service, the team was well informed and genuinely helpful. In the end, the checkout issue turned out to be a live-system glitch that can happen from time to time and it was likely related to Stripe rather than the software itself.
Cons
The pricing has gradually increased a bit beyond what my business can comfortably handle although I have to admit that's partly down to my own situation as well.

“great customization and support”
Pros
Building a site was very easy and whenever I ran into a problem, a the software expert was there to help. There were plenty of customization options which made a big difference. With the software's help, handling the logo and branding felt effortless. I haven't used their marketing tools yet but I plan to soon because they seem very simple to work with.
Cons
A few parts of the backend were a bit confusing although it wasn't too bad overall. I also think the pricing could be a little lower so new shop owners have an easier time getting started.

“powerful branding tools”
Pros
The platform comes with user friendly features especially for business and marketing customization, logo creation and branding options. It's also a cost-effective choice overall.
Cons
Compared with Webflow and some other website builders, the system can feel expensive. It's very simple to use once you get going but the initial customization can be a bit difficult.

“constantly improving features”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the software is how it keeps evolving with regular updates. They're always adding new features and the new tools have been working really well.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is the initial difficulty one faces when it comes to getting more creative with the platform and designing pages exactly the way you want.

“solid builder, weak support”
Pros
It has come a long way over the years. The drag and drop tools are excellent for building websites and the graphic design features are fairly powerful too. Its marketing capabilities are pretty underwhelming but the overall value for the money is still good. The default page layouts are decent and there's quite a bit of room to customize them.
Cons
Customer support is usually terrible. We used to have a dedicated rep who actually helped but that disappeared after they downsized. No matter how much your company grows, the level of service never seems to improve. A lot of the tools feel basic so you're constantly piecing together workarounds. They're useful tools but they stop just short of doing what you really need. The worst part is when they roll out backend updates without any warning and it ends up breaking your site while you're actively paying to drive traffic to it sometimes costing thousands of dollars. It's happened more than once and all they offered in return was a two-month subscription credit.

“My review”
Pros
Building and updating a site with the software feels remarkably simple. The interface is accessible so even without much technical background, it's easy to make changes without getting overwhelmed. Whether I'm editing a page, swapping images or adding fresh content, everything moves along quickly and without the usual headaches that can come with website management. The drag and drop editor makes page design feel more like putting together a digital collage which keeps the whole process creative and stress-free.
Cons
At the same time, updates can be a bit confusing. New features or interface changes are not always immediately clear and when the layout or settings shift around, it can leave you second-guessing where things went. That uncertainty makes routine tasks harder to complete as naturally as they did before.

“one-stop shop for growth”
Pros
This platfrom is a one-stop shop for me and has really helped take my small business to the next level. The feature set is excellent and covers what I need.
Cons
I honestly have very few complaints about the software. No app or platform is ever completely perfect but this one comes very close.

“accessible site building freedom”
Pros
No hosting or update management to worry about. Building the site feels very accessible and there are plenty of connections available with third-party software.
Cons
The marketplace offers a huge number of products, maybe even too many. I'd rather see fewer options that are all fully polished and high-performing.

“reliable builder with attractive features”
Pros
Always a dependable website builder for me and it's very simple to work with. It comes with appealing features like graphic design elements, flexible page layouts and a solid range of business and marketing tools.
Cons
One downside is that the software is up against other website builders that provide more useful options for graphic design, business advertising and website promotion.

“templates I loved”
Pros
Starting off with the software was no trouble at all even as a complete beginner. It's very simple to use and the wide selection of templates made the whole process much more helpful.
Cons
Canceling a subscription is really difficult once you're signed up and the free plan feels very limited since it comes packed with ads.

“user friendly”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software is very approachable. If you know how to use a computer, you can build a website without touching any code. There are plenty of polished, professional-looking templates available so you're not forced to begin from zero. It also comes packed with features.. you can set up a blog, online store, booking system and plenty of other tools in just a few clicks.
Cons
The tradeoff is that flexibility and customization can feel limited at times. SEO controls and optimization options are also not as deep as they could be. On top of that, there are occasional bugs and glitches and it's not the strongest option for scaling larger or more complex websites.

Pros
There's a wide selection of templates and it's really simple to drop in your own content and get everything looking the way you want. The slideshow transitions are also a nice touch and make the site feel more polished.
Cons
there aren't many negatives to mention. Customer service was really helpful anytime I ran into trouble so the only thing that would make it better would be if it were free, haha.

“trusted website building platform”
Pros
Building a website with the software feels fast and dependable. It's a platform I trust and the quality of the service has consistently been very good.
Cons
My biggest complaint is with the policies. Refund requests take far too long to process and the rules are pretty strict. Once the renewal date has passed, getting a refund is basically not an option. I also seem to have missed that the renewal term had been changed to 2 years without my clear consent.

“good for simple website launches”
Pros
Getting a company off the ground with the software is pretty easy and it helps you launch a website quickly. The core platform is solid and simple to begin using right away.
Cons
It doesn't seem well suited for more complicated websites that need large subscription records and dedicated member-only sections. If those features are available, we weren't able to figure out how to use them.
