“happy with it”
Pros
Makes it possible to build a website for free which is a huge plus. Even with just a basic understanding of web design, putting a site together feels very doable. My favorite part is the drag and drop editor because it makes page design really simple. You don't need any coding knowledge at all and that removes a lot of the usual trouble. There's also a big selection of high-quality templates to start from and you can customize them however you want. With all the available layouts and design elements, creating a marketing funnel or sales funnel can be done surprisingly quickly.
Cons
One part that can get tricky is adjusting fonts and colors for the mobile version when the site is built on a desktop. If you don't have more advanced, developer-level knowledge of mobile formatting in the software, setting up things like the service terms for what you offer can be difficult to format properly.

“Don't need a developer”
Pros
Being able to build a website that looks professional without paying to hire a developer is a huge advantage.
Cons
It would be even better if there were more customization options to choose from.

“used it without training”
Pros
When we needed to build our first company website, the software made the whole process incredibly simple. Even with absolutely no computer background or formal training, I was still able to put together a professional looking, fully functional site in just a few days.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about this product at all. I'd definitely recommend it.

“good booking features”
Pros
The booking features are probably my favorite part, along with how simple the whole website-building process is. Coming in with absolutely no background in software development, I was still able to follow the setup step by step and create a website that looked professional and worked really well especially for service-based businesses and subscription models.
Cons
There are a few downsides with the software. The pricing felt reasonable at first but over time it has definitely gotten more expensive. It also falls a bit short for e-commerce because some important features are missing especially the ability to offer multiple shipping price options. On top of that, I ran into a few issues over the years although most of those have been addressed with the platform's newer updates and features.

“does the trick!”
Pros
It's affordable and really simple to work with. You don't need any technical skills to get started and the interface feels very accessible.
Cons
It doesn't offer as much flexibility as a WordPress website and there are a few limitations when it comes to design options.

“loving my own website”
Pros
Before switching to the software, I was relying on Facebook to handle my work but having my own website has been incredibly valuable. It gives a much better sense of ownership and the platform is very user friendly so I can take care of most things without much trouble.
Cons
There were times when I ran into glitches and the webpage would slow down but I was genuinely impressed by how well those issues were cleaned up through later updates.

“drag and drop done right”
Pros
Getting started with this was incredibly simple. It's basically point, click, drag and drop and you're up and running in no time. On the occasions I got stuck, the support team was quick to respond, friendly the whole time and clearly knew what they were doing.
Cons
Because of the way we needed everything configured, setting up the delivery zones took a bit of time. Once that part was finished though, it was all set.

“Make a site yourself”
Pros
Building a professional website with the software feels very achievable. It helps you get discovered online using the domain you prefer and the platform provides templates along with useful guidance for creating a really attractive site. Because of that, it really brings out your creativity.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since the software can be quite expensive. Also, if you stay on the free plan, it does not really give you a true sense of ownership over your website.

“Custom design that feels pro”
Pros
Really makes you feel like a professional website designer. You can build a site without much trouble, use plenty of features and customize the design however you want.
Cons
One thing that could be better is image uploading. When adding pictures, the width and height don't automatically fit into the website builder and I think auto-sizing should be built in. Aside from that, it honestly makes me feel like a pro even without any experience lol -- maybe even better than one.

“connect your own domain”
Pros
The software makes it pretty simple to customize a website and get it published right away. It's also useful that you can connect your own domain directly to your the software site.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit outdated and at times it's hard to locate the exact settings you need. That said it has gotten better now that they let you add your own custom code.

“Useful plug-ins”
Pros
Building and updating websites with the software is very easy and making changes to existing pages doesn't take much effort at all. There are also plenty of plug-ins available which gives a lot of flexibility when adding features and customizing the site.
Cons
I haven't really run into any major downsides yet. If anything, it would be nice to see a larger selection of available templates.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Using this software feels incredibly easy and that simplicity is hard to beat. It still gives you the kind of flexibility and custom features that older HTML-based setups used to offer but the software manages to do it without making you feel like you need an advanced degree in web languages.
Cons
Sometimes I notice some choppy or jerky movement when I scroll fast and there can be a pretty noticeable delay when the page is updating or refreshing.

Pros
Building a simple but effective website with the software was pretty easy and the interface made the whole process easy to figure out. I got everything up and running in a short amount of time, including a contact form with CAPTCHA which really helped reduce the amount of spam coming into my email. Overall it's an affordable option that's user friendly and does exactly what I need it to do.

Pros
Pretty easy to get a polished-looking website together and the designs come out really attractive. There's also plenty of flexibility so it works well for all kinds of website needs.
