“beginner friendly”
Pros
One of the best parts of the software is how simple it is to work with. Since I'm not very tech-savvy and don't know how to code, it was a really awesome option for building a website.
Cons
The only downside for me was the cost compared to how often I actually needed to use it. It ended up being more of a one-time-use tool with just a little maintenance afterward.

“affordable builder with charming templates”
Pros
Affordable, dependable and beginner friendly, with attractive templates and branding/logo options. It comes with plenty of features especially for someone just starting out.
Cons
It doesn't include an integrated inventory list and the navigation feels a little less accessible than Shopify. You also need time to figure things out before using the software starts to feel natural.

“accessible editor”
Pros
Building a website with the software feels very approachable thanks to its accessible drag and drop editor and the large selection of customizable templates. Even without any coding background, it's simple to put a site together. The interface is clean, the navigation makes sense and the whole process walks you through each step so your attention stays on your site's design and content instead of technical complications.
Cons
the software does offer plenty of templates but one frustrating limitation is that once you've started building your site, you can't switch to another template unless you begin again from scratch. That can be really annoying if your design ideas change halfway through the project.

“reliable AI help”
Pros
The AI assistance is excellent and the human support is even better. It walks you through everything step by step and helps you get real results so I really can't fault the system.
Cons
there's very little to dislike, if anything at all. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for this kind of website service.

“helpful support”
Pros
When I ran into a problem and had to contact customer service, they were incredibly helpful. They guided me through each step and even tested everything afterward to make sure it was working properly.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. They handle publishing my site very well and everything looks good and works exactly as it should.

“somewhat good but has issues”
Pros
It's possible to create a really attractive website with the software and the platform is fairly user friendly for beginners or business owners putting together their own site.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy is how frustrating the tools feel when adding SEO data to pages. It also doesn't seem to offer a way to see all pages and their SEO details.. like keywords, slug, meta description and SEO score.. in one place the way WordPress does.

“reliable features”
Pros
Most features are included and laid out in a clear, easy way so it's simple to follow. The customer service chat is available quickly and they respond promptly to every question while you're in the conversation.
Cons
A few more advanced tasks, like linking a form or connecting it to an email, could be explained a bit more clearly.

“quick live chat fix”
Pros
While updating and editing my site, I ran into a problem that the AI tool was helpful with but it still couldn't fully resolve. Once I got through to live chat, Nazar fixed everything within minutes and I was able to update my site successfully.
Cons
The only downside was that there wasn't a direct shortcut to speak with an adviser. I had to go through the AI first and although it was useful, it wasn't what I needed at that moment.

“flexible builder”
Pros
Building a professional-looking website with the software felt very approachable and flexible. Even without any technical experience, I was able to create a polished, custom-looking site without hiring a developer. The drag and drop editor gives a lot of creative control and the templates feel modern, mobile-responsive and simple to customize. I also really value the built-in features like SEO guidance, forms, analytics, automations and branding tools since they keep everything organized in one platform instead of relying on a bunch of separate apps. Overall it gives small businesses and creative users a strong way to launch a high-quality online presence quickly.
Cons
Changing your main template after publishing is much harder than expected. Some of the more advanced customization options can also feel limiting unless you get into the software's developer tools. Although the platform is very beginner friendly, the editor's flexibility can sometimes make it harder to keep spacing and layout perfectly aligned unless you pay close attention to the design. On top of that, load times may occasionally slow down on websites with a lot of media.

“sooo worth it”
Pros
Once you spend a little time getting familiar with the software, using it starts to feel natural. It comes with plenty of handy features to explore and experiment with and I really enjoy how much there is to work with.
Cons
The price is the biggest downside although everything feels expensive right now anyway. I went with the monthly subscription to keep things organized and get the best results and honestly the convenience makes it feel worth paying for.

“professional tools”
Pros
Right away, it was simple to check emails, assign different tasks to different clients and use the color coding to keep everything organized.
Cons
It felt very professional throughout and it was easy to understand and figure out. The only downside was that the pricing eventually became expensive.

“tax compliance and lag frustrations”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software didn't take long. The drag and drop editor functions well and the templates look polished and professionally made. Even without prior experience using the software, it was pretty quick to get started. The pricing also felt reasonable for what was included.
Cons
Where it really fell short for me was e-commerce compliance. Selling internationally isn't handled well because there's no proper support for VAT and other international taxes. At the same time, it also isn't simple to restrict sales to just the US since I can't combine IP-based limits with shipping address controls which makes staying compliant with different laws much harder. I'm looking for a platform that acts as a merchant of record and takes care of collecting and filing sales tax and the software doesn't do that. On top of that, uploads were slow and the platform lagged a lot. The GDPR and California compliance options are also not sufficient so I had to pay for another service just to cover those legal requirements. To make matters worse, customer support couldn't resolve any of these issues.

“helpful features for new owners”
Pros
Getting started with the software was really helpful for my partner and me. As brand-new business owners, we appreciated having features that made the process more manageable and supported us a lot.
Cons
One thing I wish had been better was the marketing support. It would have helped to have more guidance or at least a clearer breakdown of how to market effectively and choose the right audience.

“beginner friendly e-commerce builder”
Pros
Its user friendly interface is especially helpful for beginners making the process of building an e-commerce website much less of a trouble and it comes with some fairly solid tools.
Cons
While it does include some really nice templates, they can feel a bit generic at times unless you spend a lot more on a premium, higher-quality template.

“strong features but overpriced”
Pros
There's a wide range of products and design options and the features, customer support and page layouts are all pretty solid.
Cons
The downsides are the speed, the overall value for money and the usability. It feels too expensive and it seems like they charge extra for just about everything.

Building a website with the software was easy and very easy to follow. I also ran into a technical problem with automated form submissions and the support agent resolved it very quickly. They guided me through everything step by step and the issue was fixed successfully.
Cons

“fully customizable”
Pros
Getting my first website up and running with the software was really easy. It's highly customizable and I was able to build my first site with it without much trouble.
Cons
the software does have some limitations in terms of flexibility. For instance, adding or editing code is harder than it is with WordPress but if you're not a coder, this website builder is a really solid fit.

Pros

“dependable features”
Pros
The platform comes with strong features and the customer service team was really helpful. The reps genuinely made an effort to assist me with the ridiculous situation I ended up dealing with.
Cons
Actually getting to customer service was the frustrating part. The AI bot they depend on is awful and makes the whole experience terrible in every way. Their phone line has been busy for two straight days and the automatic billing along with the constant push to upgrade feels insane. It was also very difficult to deal with.
