“love the preview feature”
Pros
Using it feels very easy since just about everything is self-explanatory. I also really appreciate being able to preview a page before publishing it.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about it.

“Love it!”
Pros
Building a site with this tool feels very approachable thanks to its flexible drag and drop editor whether you have technical skills or almost none at all. The workflow is really fluid and there's no need to know any code to get things done. It comes with a wide range of features so making edits or adding and removing text boxes, lightboxes buttons, videos and more only takes a few clicks. The interface is highly accessible overall. It also includes extra hosting and domain services right inside the platform which makes it a true all in one option for creating websites. With more than 180 million users across 80 countries, it's clear a lot of businesses rely on it for its simplicity and strong functions.
Cons
A frustrating part of using this tool is that premium plans only apply to a single website. If you assumed paying for a premium subscription each month would give you access across multiple sites, that's not how it works. The paid features are not transferable so once you buy them for one site, they stay attached to that site only. That can be especially disappointing if all you really wanted was something small like connecting Google Analytics. Pricing is another area worth examining closely. It offers five paid plan options plus a free one so at first it seems like there's something for everyone. Still if you run a larger business and need more advanced capabilities, it's smart to read the fine print before committing to the highest tier plan. What's hard to understand is that even though it gives away a lot of tools and features for free, its pricing structure still resembles a traditional web host, charging based on storage space, bandwidth and similar limits.

“impressive results”
Pros
Every site I've built with it so far (three at this point) has ended up looking polished and professional almost like I paid a web designer to create it.
Cons
Some features can be a bit fiddly and not immediately obvious but I'm usually able to figure out what I'm doing wrong by checking the tutorials or searching through the help center.

“works well for me”
Pros
A big plus with it is that the website builder is available for free! It's hard to be too critical when there's no upfront cost and that makes it especially valuable from a marketing standpoint for businesses that are just getting started.
Cons
At the beginning using the free website builder felt a little confusing and moving from one page to another was somewhat awkward.

“Good one!”
Pros
Working with this tool is pretty easy since it includes templates that are simple to set up and launch. It also supports a wide range of integrations and there's plenty of room to customize it for different ecommerce needs.
Cons
When it comes to ecommerce, this doesn't quite feel like the strongest option out there. Other platforms are more organized and do a better job overall with stronger features and a setup and management process that feels simpler compared with this.

“Helps manage content”
Pros
It helps bring front-end design into marketing strategy and supports a more modern approach to content management.

The system has some integrations but it still needs more development especially when it comes to connecting with a wider range of social media platforms.

“no design background required”
Pros
Developing my website with this software was very easy even without any design background. The page builder is really helpful and the hosting, domain setup, plus third party dropshipping and payment integrations made everything much more convenient.
Cons
At times, it can be a little glitchy and some of the page add-on options aren't very accessible to figure out.

“Creative design”
Pros
There are plenty of features that fit just about any purpose I need for a website. It comes with a wide range of tools, lets me connect almost anything I want to link to the site and offers lots of options to improve the overall look with more creative design choices.
Cons
The only issue I ran into was when I tried setting up advertising through Google Ads, where I had some trouble with audience tracking.

“full creative control”
Pros
Being able to customize just about everything in the software matters most to me. You can place elements anywhere you want, switch up fonts, colors and images and really change the entire layout however you want.
Cons
At times, having that many options can feel a bit overwhelming which is probably why a lot of people end up preferring preset templates.

“basic site setup works”
Pros
Putting a simple website together in this tool is pretty easy from start to finish. Even without any prior experience, it's possible to build something that looks fairly basic but that can be perfectly fine depending on what you need. It handles that part well.
Cons
There are a handful of small frustrations like the unclear difference between saving and publishing. The builder can also be annoying at times, for example, clicking a menu because you want to edit it might send you to a completely different page instead. It's mostly a collection of little issues like that that keep showing up.

“time saving automations”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software was how flexible it was to customize for our business needs. The finished site looks very polished and professional and it connects well with the other key tools we already use. Even more valuable for us were the automations, they save us a huge amount of time and because of that, we're able to receive payments much faster.
Cons
There was a small hiccup when we were setting up payments but after spending a little time on it, we got it resolved pretty quickly without much trouble. Other than that, we haven't run into any problems with the software or the support team.

“Frustrating mobile”
Pros
The drag and drop builder lets you put a site together without touching any code. Even with no web design background, it's possible to build and update your own website without too much trouble. There are also plenty of app integrations available along with a solid range of features for e-commerce.
Cons
Working with the tool has been a constant headache. My company had already built its site on it before I came in and we're still using it even though I pushed to move to another platform. The biggest problem is how poorly it handles mobile formatting. It doesn't automatically adapt the site well for phones so you have to open a separate mobile view and manually fix each piece. I haven't dealt with that on other platforms and it's incredibly annoying because one small change on the desktop version can completely mess up the mobile layout. Apart from this the mobile customization options are limited and the end result looks bad in my opinion. For a basic site like an actor or musician profile, a small shop selling physical products or a restaurant, it can work really well. But our site is much more involved with event calendars, registration pages, informational sections, a blog and more and it just doesn't handle that complexity very well. I've run into a lot of situations where I needed a specific function and the platform simply couldn't do it. Another major downside is being locked into one of the software's templates because if you ever want to switch to a different one, you basically have to rebuild the whole site from scratch.

“beautiful site with quick updates”
Pros
Our goal was to have a website that felt unique, looked visually appealing and didn't take a lot of effort to keep updated. This solution checked all of those boxes for us. Being able to make changes in just a few minutes is a huge plus and helps us keep our website fresh and current.
Cons
The only thing I'd want is access to better apps for the website. Still, considering the price, it's hard to complain.

“friendly builder, weak support”
Pros
Feels like an approachable tool even if you do not have much technical knowledge. It lets you design your page and handle things like creating pages, uploading information, adding photos and similar content without too much trouble.
Cons
Support was where my experience went badly. I tried to get help from the support team but could not get the assistance I needed and finding support in Spanish was also difficult.

Pros
Everything I need is in one place and the way the website, CRM, marketing and scheduling tools connect makes it a really solid fit for what I need.

One thing I'd really like to see is the ability to send estimates through the app since that would save a lot of time.

“quick business website setup”

“plenty of templates to start”
Pros
Gives you a huge selection of templates to pick from and I really appreciate how they sort them into categories like portfolio, consumer goods, finance and business. That makes it a lot simpler to narrow down the right fit for a site. There are also tons of ways to personalize a template once you choose one. The left-side menu is easy to move through and publishing or previewing changes is very fast since it only takes a click.
Cons
Customizing a template gets frustrating when it comes to changing the actual layout. Anchors are also very difficult to use because they keep breaking which makes them feel almost unusable. On top of that, performance can get pretty slow especially when images are involved and that ends up creating a poor experience for visitors.

“so much freedom”
Pros
Felt very natural to use thanks to the accessible drag and drop tools. There's also a wide selection of polished, professional templates available including landing page designs. The part I appreciated most was that it's free to use. If needed, you can connect a custom domain later for a small monthly hosting fee but it's not required to begin.
Cons
Honestly the only downside that comes to mind is the limited customer support on the free plan. If you upgrade, that service is included which feels completely reasonable. I really can't hold that against the software especially since the overall quality of the platform is outstanding for a free website builder.

“Approchable tool”
Pros
Creating a website with this tool felt approachable even though I'm not a technical person. I've known about it for over 10 years from browsing online and it made a strong first impression because of how many features it offers. The platform has lots of attractive themes and professional looking designs to choose from. Adding text and making changes inside the editor is simple and there's no need to know JavaScript. It also offers different packages depending on what you need and in my case, I wanted to create a blog.
Cons
Since there are so many design options available, it really helps to already know your niche. I ended up spending a lot of time going back and forth between themes and layouts because so many of them looked beautiful which made choosing harder. I also ran into a few technical issues especially with images loading and not displaying properly on the screen while editing.
