“Packed with useful website tools”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels loaded with features. It comes with a huge range of apps, built-in tools and helpful guidance throughout the builder. The image editing options are impressive, the SEO tips are genuinely useful and the preview features are powerful. Small touches like tooltips also make a big difference while building a site.
Cons
It takes some time to get used to especially for someone using a website builder for the first time. Also some competing platforms offer more polished themes or give you a bit more control over theme customization.

“great templates and features”
Pros
Right from the start, everything you need is right there at your fingertips. There are tons of features to pick from including a wide range of templates. It's honestly a perfect choice for anyone wanting to build a website from the ground up. No coding knowledge is needed and the final result still looks amazing. Pretty much anyone can get a site up and running in minutes and be online fast. Out of all the website builders I've used, this is by far the best value available. You really can't go wrong with it! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to create a website in a way that feels simple and enjoyable at the same time A+++++++
Cons
I honestly have no complaints. Every single thing I needed was right there and available throughout the whole process.

“accessible for many projects”
Pros
Over the years, I've used this software to build a large number of projects and one thing I really appreciate is being able to start developing them for free and then adjust everything later based on what I need. It's simple to put into practice and the interface feels very accessible which makes the whole process much more comfortable.
Cons
One issue that has always been frustrating is customer support. Whenever I have questions, it's usually hard to get help so I often end up having to figure things out on my own.

“Website building for anyone”
Pros
Creating a site is something almost anyone can do. Getting everything set up and making changes later is very easy and even people without a technical background can put together a highly professional looking website without touching code or dealing with web hosting complications.
Cons
The trade-off for that simplicity is that the platform can feel limited in terms of features. Its WYSIWYG editor is excellent for beginners but it doesn't offer as much flexibility or behind-the-scenes control as more advanced users might want.

“Reliable customer service”
Pros
Making a website up and getting it running with this builder is very easy and the customer service team has been really helpful whenever needed.
Cons
A lot of the apps that used to be free have now been moved to paid add-ons and some older plug-ins have been replaced as well.

“works really well”
Pros
The drag and drop editor works really well especially with the snap-to-grid feature which helps place elements exactly where they need to go.
Cons
There are still a few features I'd like to see improved or added although one of them has already been addressed.

“Love the features”
Pros
Using it feels very easy. The interface is accessible, it comes with a lot of useful features and the pricing is fairly reasonable for what you get.
Cons
Problem is that you can't really transfer your site from this to another provider later on and for larger businesses, the cost can become quite high.

“Painful payments”
Pros
Figuring out the visual editor doesn't take much time and the templates are quite good. It offers a lot of flexibility making it simple to build a really polished looking page. Compared with Squarespace, there's noticeably more freedom on the design side. I also appreciate that forms, pop ups and similar features that usually cost extra on Shopify are included in the software for free. It's a strong option for businesses that mainly need an informational website.
Cons
The biggest problem has been the Payments. I set up an ecommerce store for a business on a site (made with this tool) where we had already created the brochure website and after processing more than $9k in credit card sales, it still hasn't been able to transfer the funds to the bank even after a month and a half. Support has basically been absent. I've had to explain the same issue to six different people, never once gotten an actual phone call with anyone and the money is still sitting in the software instead of being deposited. Also the ecommerce functions itself feels pretty limited. Looking back I seriously regret not going with Shopify or BigCommerce or at least connecting my own payment gateway through Stripe or Square instead of relying on this for payments.

“shows more potential”
Pros
After more than two years using it, I've recently started working with Editor X and it feels like it has a lot of promise. With the wider ecosystem behind it, it really seems like they're building toward a true all in one platform.
Cons
At the same time Editor X feels a bit like the neglected option. New features tend to arrive there only after they've already been added to the standard editor even though Editor X costs more. Yes the regular editor lacks the responsive design tools that Editor X offers but Editor X should really include everything the software already has and then some and right now that's not the reality. There also isn't a easy way to turn websites into Progressive Web Apps.

“powerful software”
Pros
It is something I enthusiastically recommend to every entrepreneur I come across because it's so user friendly, has built-in business features and makes it really convenient to manage everything right from my phone.
Cons
Setback is that you can't switch templates while editing. If you decide to choose a different template, you have to start over with your changes and re-add the content from scratch.

“Builder for any skill level”
Pros
Keeps website creation practical and user friendly with useful tools that remove a lot of the trouble from building a professional site, online store or landing page. It works well for both beginners and more experienced users so no matter your skill level, it's an excellent option for putting together impressive websites.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see is a wider selection of ready made templates and themes.

“design tools stand out”
Pros
Creating pages felt very easy and that was the biggest draw for me. As I kept using it, I got faster and more confident with the whole setup. The platform feels well thought out for its purpose and the image editing tools buttons, plus the option to link to emails and other documents were all really useful.
Cons
A part that could be better is the data management page since it is not very accessible. This module does not have a clear entry point so you have to click around on the boxes to get the page open.

“mobile-friendly sites”
Pros
Moving around the software feels very simple and user friendly. It's simple to use and the templates are excellent for all kinds of projects. There's a strong variety of really useful free images and the whole platform is easy to understand especially for beginners or anyone without a design background. Setting up a blog is also very convenient and I really appreciate that the websites come out mobile friendly.
Cons
I don't have any major issues with the software itself but the price increases have started to make me think about looking into other alternatives.

“Editing feels effortless”
Pros
Editing a site in it is by far the most easy experience I've had with web design software. I definitely prefer working on a website in this platform over WordPress when it comes to making changes and updates.
Cons
I do wish it offered more advanced blogging tools and stronger SEO functions. It worked really well at the start for a smaller blog but as our blog has grown, I've started wishing it were built on a different website platform.

“user friendly setup, paid selling limits”
Pros
Right from the start every part of the app and website felt very user friendly and I didn't need any prior web design or software knowledge to figure things out.
Cons
Something people should be aware of is the free trial especially if the goal is to sell products online or run any kind of e-commerce store. Building the site during the trial doesn't cost anything which sounds appealing at first. I put together my whole website and was really pleased with how it turned out but that excitement faded when I realized I couldn't actually list products or make sales unless I paid for a plan.

“very simple to use”
Pros
Starting with this software is very simple even for someone with no experience especially because there are so many tutorials available through the online support. It makes it possible to build quality business or showcase websites and one of it's biggest strengths is how much it simplifies site creation without requiring you to learn coding.
Cons
The downside is that getting a custom URL without the software branding requires a paid plan so a fairly significant investment is needed to access the premium tools. It also lacks a trial period which would make the first week of learning and testing the platform much more comfortable.

“templates help but pricing stings”
Pros
Creating a website with it is pretty easy and the huge selection of templates makes the whole setup process much simpler and faster.
Cons
Fustrating part has to be the constant stream of emails pushing upgrades and extra features. On top of that some options that used to be free now cost extra so it ends up feeling fairly expensive.
