“Flexible website editing”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility and changing or updating things is really simple.
Cons
At the same time, there are so many options that it can feel a little confusing now and then.

“fast integrated website design”
Pros
Making a complete website with it lets me handle all the design work in a short amount of time and with very little effort.
Cons
Issue is that after creating the site, you still have to pay a fee before it can be activated.

“great for website upkeep”
Pros
Back in one of my first marketing roles, I got introduced to this software after our company hired someone to rebuild the website on that platform. I didn't have much of a background in web design at the time so being able to step in and manage the site afterward was a huge help. Once the updates were done, learning how to maintain everything was very easy and the platform felt super simple to work with.
Cons
It's been a few years since I last used it but from what I remember, it worked really well and I don't recall running into any problems.

“Powerful website builder tools”
Pros
Creating a site showed me how full featured the tool really is for website creation. It helps a lot along the way so you do not absolutely need prior knowledge to get started but some of its many features definitely make more sense if you already have a bit of experience. There are also plenty of useful tools for managing things like links, images, videos and other content. On top of that you can unlock even more capabilities by switching to Pro mode. Overall it is a really solid choice for anyone wanting to create a website of their own.
Cons
A problem that stands out is that a premium subscription cannot be canceled once it has been set up. A few friends of mine have had a hard time with that.

“approachable tool”
Pros
Developing a site feels very approachable overall although it really depends on what kind of site you want to create since some tasks are definitely more involved than others. If the goal is to design either a simple website or something more detailed and visually appealing, this would still be my top pick mainly because the drag and drop features make that possible.
Cons
At the same time, it can get fairly complicated when you try to handle certain functions and some parts of the process end up feeling tedious.

“add any function you want”
Pros
Launching a site with it is convenient because the templates can be customized quite a bit and it lets you add the functions you actually need. The SEO tools are also helpful for improving visibility in search engines.
Cons
Customer support is disappointing and the platform feels very basic overall. It's fine for simpler websites but it really isn't suited for larger or more complex projects.

“Launch sites easily”
Pros
Getting a website up and running with the tool was incredibly easy. I was able to set everything up and have my site live in just a couple of hours. The pricing was also a huge advantage. I paid for three years of hosting for less than what it would have cost just to hire someone to build a website, not even counting hosting. Overall it has saved me thousands of dollars.
Cons
I don't have any major issues with it at this point because it's handled everything I've needed. If anything, the platform is packed with so many features that I probably won't ever use all of what it can do. The only possible concern I can think of is that exporting the site to another host later on might come with some complications but since I'm committed for the next few years, that isn't really a problem right now.

“no expertise needed”
Pros
Was incredibly easy to start off with. It's one of the most user friendly website builders we've worked with and you really don't need much web design knowledge to begin building right away.
Cons
Even though it is very beginner friendly, I do wish it offered a bit more in terms of advanced editing options and deeper customization features.

“amazing website creation”
Pros
I really loved being able to build exactly what I had in mind and the website side of the platform was amazing.

A drawback was the booking feature since it didn't let my customers schedule multiple services in a single booking.

“beautiful templates for blogs”
Pros
It has some really attractive templates and there's a lot you can build with it like a blog or a bookings setup which is awesome. It doesn't feel quite as user friendly as some other platforms like Shopify in my opinion but for blogging it works really well overall. The commenting feature is decent though nothing special.
Cons
The biggest downside was how slowly my website performed. That part really wasn't good.

“Flexible templates for portfolios”
Pros
The template selection feels distinctive and the builder is very user friendly overall. The interface is simple to figure out, the drag and drop setup works well and it's a solid option for blogging and portfolio sites. The content management tools are also quite good.
Cons
A few parts especially some content management system functions and the toolbar, can be a little harder to work with compared to other content management platforms.

“friendly builder”
Pros
From a value standpoin it works really well because it offers different packages that can fit a range of business needs. It's also fairly accessible once you get into it especially if you already have some web design experience. It's not as direct as writing code from scratch but that's clearly not what it's trying to be. Even someone completely new could probably pick up the basics after spending a day getting familiar with the interface. Compared with other site builders I've tried, this feels more approachable and user friendly.
Cons
One thing that bothered me in the website builder version was the default domain using the "my-site" label which doesn't feel very polished or inviting. I was also disappointed by the weak SEO features since search visibility is such an important part of running any website. That said it seems like the paid commercial version takes care of those issues.

“happy I came back to this”
Pros
After paying for services like Web.com and dealing with terrible customer support plus an attempted fraudulent charge on my checking account, I honestly wish I had stayed with this software from the beginning. It was the first platform I ever used to build a website and after trying other options, I ended up returning to it. Unless I somehow come across the holy grail of website builders, I plan to stick with it for the long haul.
Cons
A bit more guidance would definitely help brand-new users at the start but even without any coding knowledge or prior experience, it still gets the job done.

“User friendly”
Pros
Right from the first steps, it is clearly built around making the whole website creation process simple for the user. That shows up throughout both building and editing pages. The drag and drop editor is one of its strongest points and it works well for people with different levels of technical knowledge or web development experience. The overall workflow feels very natural and you can get a site up and running without needing any coding skills. Pricing is another strong advantage especially since it comes in noticeably lower than many competing platforms.
Cons
That said it's not the strongest option if your main goal is ecommerce. It also has some limitations when it comes to doing really solid SEO work for a brand.

“stylish startup templates”
Pros
The design options give you attractive website templates that work really well for a startup.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the platform takes time because it can be tricky to use at first and a few features do not always work properly. It also costs more than some other website builders although the overall quality feels better once you learn how to use it.

“Quick to get used to”
Pros
Figuing it out didn't take long at all. After spending a few hours exploring it, I was able to understand how everything worked. Creating and editing my website feels very manageable and making updates is simple so the whole process never feels too overwhelming.
Cons
My only real issue is with the text formatting at times. There are moments when I want the text aligned differently instead of centered on the page but the formatting options don't seem to allow that adjustment.

“My choice”
Pros
Back when I was putting together our first business website, there were a ton of platforms and design tools to choose from. I had been using FrontPage before it became outdated and this ended up being the web design platform I moved to while learning the ropes. The drag and drop setup really helped and you don't need to be an advanced web designer to build a site with it.
Cons
I learned later that a website made with this tool can't be migrated on its own. If you want to move your site elsewhere, you'll need to use a third party service to handle the migration.

“simple to learn, tough to migrate”
Pros
Moving around the software was very easy and picking it up didn't take much time at all which was the part I appreciated most.
Cons
The frustrating part was that you can't move an existing blog from another platform into this software without rebuilding everything from scratch.

“has many features”
Pros
It is very user friendly and comes with a full set of features. Managing products is easy and it works especially well for people who want to build a website without needing any coding skills.
Cons
Package pricing is quite expensive. There's also no option for customers to make payments without purchasing a package and admins can't sell products on the software unless they buy a package too.

“Custom templates”
Pros
Starting off felt very easy which is one of the things I appreciate most about it. I didn't need any background in design or coding to build a site with it and that really made the whole process approachable. It honestly feels like just about anyone could use this software to put together a beautiful website that attracts visitors or potential clients. Another big plus is the selection of pre-made templates. They're fully customizable and I also like that they're organized by categories like Musician, Restaurant, Resume/CV and Small Business. That setup makes it much simpler to find a template that actually fits the kind of website you want to create.
Cons
An issue I have with it is realizing how many useful features I never ended up using simply because the platform didn't make them visible enough or explain them clearly. I only recently became aware of tools like SEO Management and Analytics through this survey which was surprising. Those seem like major features that could really impact how well my website performs and how easily potential customers can find it through search engines. It's disappointing to think I've been missing out on something so important just because they didn't do a better job of highlighting and explaining those options.
