“flexible themes”
Pros
Building a website with the software has been really simple for what I need. There are plenty of features, themes, color choices and other customization options to work with. It also makes publishing the site easy and I can go back in and edit anything whenever I need to.
Cons
At the beginning, the pricing felt a bit expensive to me but after really learning how the platform works, I realized it's worth it for everything it offers.

“reliable site with no upkeep”
Pros
Years after building my website, it's still online and working without me having to maintain it. I don't have to think about updating code for browser compatibility or making it mobile-friendly which has been a huge relief
Cons
The cost has gone up a few times over the years, not only for the domain but for the service as well. Even so, it still feels reasonably priced for a non-profit organization.

“broad ecommerce integration”
Pros
Connecting the software with ecommerce apps and platforms has been really smooth. Since it's one of the biggest ecommerce platforms out there, it's widely supported and accepted which makes integrations much easier to work with.
Cons
The part I wasn't a fan of was the software's UI/UX design experience. It does give a decent amount of flexibility but without coding, the website designs can feel a bit lacking in modern style and creativity.

“real savings”
Pros
Working with this one rep was such a positive experience. He was well informed, thorough and, above all, incredibly patient throughout the process. He really understood what I needed for my website and even helped me save money at the same time which is pretty rare. Good support can be hard to find but he truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate him for sharing his expertise because it has made me feel much more confident about the next steps for my website. Thank you to him and the company for the stellar service!
Cons
At this point, I honestly can't think of anything the software needs to improve. It has been very user friendly for me.

“fun builder with handy apps”
Pros
Building sites with the software has been really easy. Everything works with drag and drop so there's no need to mess with code and that makes updating my pages much less stressful. I used to create most of my websites in WordPress but dealing with fixes there often took more time than it was worth. With the software, I can usually sort things out much faster. Another feature I've appreciated is the selection of built-in apps you can add directly to a page. The forms are especially useful since submissions go straight to the email address you choose which saves having to track them down manually. For running a couple of personal websites, it's been fast, practical and genuinely enjoyable to use.
Cons
One annoyance with the software is that the formatting doesn't always behave consistently between desktop and mobile views. I can finish a page in desktop mode and have it looking exactly right, then switch to mobile and notice that some elements have shifted, been cropped or ended up in awkward positions. It's something that can be corrected but it's still frustrating when you expect it to carry over properly the first time. Even with that issue, it hasn't been enough to stop me from using the software.

“accessible builder”
Pros
Feels very accessible and user friendly especially for anyone who spent time in IT labs and already knows their way around basic internet tools and components.
Cons
The renewal pricing is much higher than it should be.. about double.. so you have to keep an eye on it yourself and manually catch renewals instead of comfortably relying on the software to handle the subscription renewal process automatically.

“allows design freedom”
Pros
After more than a year using the software to showcase my creative work and set up a simple site to promote myself as a digital product seller, getting started was one of the best parts. With no design experience at all, the drag and drop builder made everything feel approachable instead of intimidating. I also really appreciated the large selection of templates and built-in design features since they helped me put together a clean, personalized website without needing any professional-level skills.
Cons
At the same time, there were a few issues along the way. The platform can feel pretty heavy and I regularly noticed lag during editing especially when I was testing more elements on the same page. Because of that, I usually stayed with simpler, more minimal layouts rather than experimenting with more detailed or complex designs.

“live chat that really delivers”
Pros
Whenever I've needed help, the live chat team has responded almost immediately and sorted out issues fast. It's also played a big part in helping my yoga business grow.
Cons
I'd still love to see more flexibility around block-booking classes through a pricing plan, instead of having customers book every class one by one.

“excellent software”
Pros
Comes with a wide range of features you'd want from a website builder. Its easy design makes it appealing to users at any skill level, no matter their background. The page layouts are clean and simple so it's easy to build pages and get them published quickly. And whenever you need help, customer service is easy to reach.
Cons
Even though the software is very user friendly, there may come a point where you outgrow it as your business needs become more advanced. That said that's not the worst problem to have and the software seems to keep improving so it may not be an issue for most people.

“great support and templates”
Pros
Running a business often means working late so having customer support available 24/7 has been a huge advantage. They were incredibly patient and the help I received was genuinely useful. This is the only website builder I've used and it's been a really solid option for someone busy like me. I started with one of their many professional-looking templates, customized it into something that felt like my own and people consistently compliment the final result. The layouts can be kept very simple or made more advanced depending on what you need and most of the tools work with drag and drop. There are plenty of features that work well for both beginners and more experienced web designers.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how some of the terminology is explained. A video series would probably help a lot especially for people who learn better through audio and visuals. Even with strong reading comprehension, technical terms can feel too abstract, almost like learning another language which makes figuring out certain website functions more tedious than it should be. Once the customer service representative showed me an image though, it immediately clicked and I knew what to do.

“peace of mind”
Pros
After struggling for quite a while, I finally made time to contact customer service and it was worth it. They resolved the issues I was having and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.
Cons
My only complaint is the price. I wish it were a little more affordable since my site is pretty basic and as an independent author I always have to watch my budget.

“great for business websites”
Pros
This has been my go-to platform for almost 10 years for both my business needs and creative projects and I genuinely love using it. It's very simple to work with, the app features keep growing over time and the premium plans offer really good value for the price.
Cons
The online store has been the hardest part to learn compared with the rest of the platform. On top of that, it isn't available on the free plan which makes that a drawback.

“a bit limiting”
Pros
Compared with other website tools that add extra layers when you're trying to place content, the software makes it easy to drag and drop components onto a page. The form modules are also fairly accessible and do a solid job when it comes to collecting information.
Cons
At the same time, customization and consistency are where it falls short. It's very easy to accidentally build pages that don't match each other and the overall design can end up clashing. Keeping everything uniform is often difficult and the platform is built to keep you inside its all-in-one system which becomes frustrating over time if you want to grow into broader e-commerce features, deeper site customization or more flexible redirects.

“versatile tools”
Pros
Getting a site the way I want is simple with the software and there's plenty of room to customize it. It comes packed with useful tools and options that help my website look professional while still being user friendly.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that there aren't any promotions or coupon codes for purchases inside the platform. For instance, when I needed email marketing, it ended up being an extra $1k out of pocket with no discount available to offset the cost.

“clean layout”
Pros
Getting started with the platform feels very easy and there are plenty of helpful prompts and support features along the way that guide you through what you're doing. The way page layouts transition from the browser version to the mobile app is also very well designed and makes a lot of sense.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. Most of the issues I run into come down to my own user mistakes when I click the wrong function and even then it usually just takes a little time to track down what I need.

“great human support”
Pros
Getting connected to an actual customer service representative made all the difference. They were incredibly helpful and sorted things out when I needed assistance. I really struggled with the AI support so I asked to speak with a person instead and I was very glad I did.
Cons
The AI support is genuinely terrible. It's confusing, gives instructions that aren't possible to follow and mostly just keeps sending you back to options that already aren't working.
