“accessible web design standard”
Pros
Feels so easy to get into wed design with this! Even if someone doesn't stick with it long term, it still feels like an important tool to use during the website-building process and that says a lot about its value. To me, the software really feels like an industry-standard platform.
Cons
It can feel a bit slow for the kind of work I want to do. I tend to create design-heavy projects and once I start coding specific patterns or movement, the editor can get a little heavy and harder to work with at times. Even with that, the overall quality is still 10/10.

“helpful tools”
Pros
Getting a site built with the software felt very easy and it made it simple to turn ideas into clear, practical features that fit our business, marketing and branding goals. As a charity, we constantly pay attention to how much money goes toward admin costs so having a platform that offers strong value while still being user friendly has been really important for us.
Cons
The initial setup was a little roundabout especially when it came to having the right documentation ready and uploaded in the correct order. As a first-time user, figuring out how to structure a page was also a bit challenging at first but the customer service and expert teams provided all the guidance I needed to get everything built properly.

“good starter with limits”
Pros
A really solid option when you're just getting started. It offers good value for the money, is very simple to use and comes with useful features. You can also use it for business and marketing especially alongside GoDaddy if you want to set up a custom link.
Cons
For a more personalized website for business and marketing, you still need to rely on a third party. The page layout choices also feel somewhat limited.

“fast support and quick fixes”
Pros
Customer service was excellent especially when an issue came up unexpectedly. After I received an email today, they got back to me within minutes and resolved everything in about 8 minutes.
Cons
A few of the themes are tough to customize unless you do quite a bit of coding. It's also hard to repopulate content across different themes when updating an older design and feel. Maybe AI could help with that?

“powerful features”
Pros
It comes with a ton of features that make managing and using a website much easier, both from the admin side and for visitors. The business and marketing tools are easy to figure out, simple to set up and dependable. You can tweak the pre-made pages to fit your needs or build your own site from scratch if you want more control. On top of that, customer support is very willing to step in and help whenever an issue comes up.
Cons
It doesn't offer deep personalization for certain plugins or specific page elements but that's understandable since adding that level of flexibility would likely create more technical complexity for both the software and its users.

“time-saving templates”
Pros
I had my doubts about how user friendly it would be but the help articles and prefilled templates save a huge amount of time. The biggest surprise though, was the quality of the customer support. Along with a detailed knowledge base and AI assistance, the staff who step in when you're truly stuck are incredibly helpful and very clear in their guidance.
Cons
I jumped straight into building my site without checking any of the help first which turned out to be a bad call since I had to reconnect my domain afterward. I'd definitely recommend starting with a template you already like as well. Building from scratch isn't all that helpful if you expect to create a stunning website in 5 minutes but updating or customizing an existing design works much better.

“helpful support all the way”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was the customer support. The agents were very cooperative and made the whole process much simpler for us.
Cons
Something that didn't work well for me was not being able to require clients to enter their credit card information when they log in. Because of that, if someone chooses to pay in person and cancels at the last minute, I have no way to charge a cancellation fee. If that feature isn't available, I'm honestly not sure how I'd collect a cancellation fee from clients who pay in person.

“Good tools”
Pros
There's a ton of value in the resources and guidance that come with the subscription. The platform is user friendly and I can switch up the layout whenever I want. They also offer plenty of help for marketing, website design, logo creation and the customer service has been excellent.
Cons
At this point, everything has been going well. I did run into one problem with scammers sending emails but that was resolved and now I understand how to tell when communication is actually coming from the software.

“Miles ahead!”
Pros
Running a small side business as a graphic designer, I end up suggesting the software to nearly all of my clients. I originally chose it for my own business website after spending a lot of time comparing different site-building platforms. From where I stand, the software is far ahead of the competition in terms of user-friendliness, customization options and overall functions.
Cons
The one thing that gives me pause with the software is the pricing. If you need the full e-commerce package for a small business, it can feel pretty expensive for the specific features I rely on to sell my products.

“customization freedom”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility in the editor and I can customize pretty much everything the way I want. On top of that, the support team has always been patient, helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Cons
Once in a while, a few small bugs pop up but they're never anything major. Whenever that happens, the support team usually resolves them very quickly so they don't turn into a real issue.

“thanks a lot!”
Pros
the chat support stood out. The rep I spoke with was genuinely helpful and even though he couldn't fully fix the problem because part of it had to be handled by the hosting provider, he patiently guided me through each step. Before that, I was having a hard time getting everything sorted out and he helped me reach the point where the issue is now fully with the hosting service instead of being stuck on my end.
Cons
I'm pretty particular so I've been having a tough time getting the exact look and feel I want for the website I'm building but that really comes down more to me than to the software.

“patient support saved the day”
Pros
I was really stressed dealing with a misunderstanding with my client and their rep helped me sort it out. I genuinely appreciated how patient he was and how carefully he went through all the emails to track down the missing websites I needed for my client. We were able to figure everything out together and I'm very thankful for that.
Cons
Right now, I honestly don't have any complaints. The platform makes website design simple which I really appreciate. I'm still learning as I go and fixing any mistakes I notice after handing the website over to my client.

“quick setup, limited customization”
Pros
With just a handful of clicks, you can build a new website and get it online in no time. It's pretty impressive when you consider how much time that can save.
Cons
It really works best for basic websites or landing pages. Once you need more advanced customization, getting everything to work becomes a real trouble.

“better AI tools, costly lock-in”
Pros
Compared with a few years ago, it feels much more AI-driven now. The builder is simple to use, publishing is easy and the auto-generated images are decent.
Cons
One thing I had to learn the hard way is that it's not very portable. The vendor lock-in is a tough reality and the pricing has gone up quite a bit.

“fitting for small businesses”
Pros
For a small business or independent professional, it feels worth investing both time and money to build a website here. The platform is user friendly and the variety of available layouts makes getting started much more convenient.
Cons
The frustrating part comes after choosing a template because customization options feel more limited from that point on. Switching to a different template is also not very smooth which can make the process inconvenient.

“honest review”
Pros
My site looks great and the support team has been incredibly helpful. Especially this one representative who just assisted me: she was patient, supportive and really took the time to help me work through my issues. Definitely a big plus!
Cons
none. I haven't run into any problems with the software at all. Since launching my website, it's been very effective in helping grow my business and making it easier for people to find me and there really haven't been any hiccups along the way.

“fast website setup”
Pros
Getting a functional multi-page site up and running doesn't require any coding or hiring a designer. It's possible to put together a solid website in around two hours and with extra time and effort, it can end up looking really polished.
Cons
I've only recently started using the software Studio and while the feature set is really strong, I've noticed some lag here and there that makes me reload pages occasionally which gets a little frustrating.

“helpful support that delivers”
Pros
Customer service really went above and beyond. It makes a big difference when you get someone who can actually answer your questions and they were incredibly helpful. I'd definitely recommend that anyone speak with them.
Cons

“professional site building joy”
Pros
As someone who started out with no website-building background at all.. a teacher, principal and grandma turned content creator.. the software made it possible for me to create a professional-looking site. That felt incredibly accessible and their customer support was so wonderful I could have hugged them. Thank you, the software!
Cons
One issue I ran into wasn't really the software's fault but I received a lot of scam emails that looked like they were from the software so I usually deleted them. I had read somewhere that the software would alert users to problems directly on the dashboard so I relied on that. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Because of that, I missed a VERY important email from the software that could have saved me a lot of trouble. It would really help if important issues appeared as dashboard notices especially for people who are completely new to building websites. Even so, I do have to take responsibility for my part as well.. I should have read those emails more carefully and reached out for help.

“great starting point for web presence”
Pros
It is an excellent option for businesses that are just beginning to establish an online presence and want to avoid spending a lot on an expensive solution. The page builder and ready-made layout sections make putting a site together very approachable even for someone with little to no experience.
Cons
From a more advanced user's perspective, there are times when the platform feels limiting when it comes to customizing certain sections. That shows up in areas like product listings, where custom options aren't always available.. for example, using "call for pricing" instead of being required to display a set price.
