“reliable builder with velo flexibility”
Pros
Over the last four years the platform has been extremely reliable for us with zero downtime. The CRM tools especially the ability to use tables to build pages dynamically, have sped up development a lot and made site management much more accessible for team members who are not very technical. The builder itself feels very accessible thanks to the drag and drop interface. On top of that Velo gives us the option to add custom JavaScript when we need functions beyond the native builder. We also rely on this tool for most of our DNS hosting and that has been consistently without any issues as well.
Cons
Getting hold of a live support agent is difficult and after more than four years of using the product, that part of the service has only gotten worse. Compared with Shopify and WordPress, the software has a much smaller app marketplace which means extra development work is often needed to connect third-party services. The mobile page builder, at least in the classic editor, is also fairly disappointing because the interface feels frustrating and the available options are limited.

“complete website control”
Pros
Having everything bundled together in one place feels like really good value for the money.. hosting, SSL and site controls are all included. It gives you full control over your website without having to keep paying a developer for every little update and the customer support has been amazing as well.
Cons
One frustrating part is that you can't move a site from Editor to Studio so you have to rebuild everything from scratch. It's also disappointing that the software Studio clients never seem to get package discounts.

“very handy”
Pros
The platform feels very supportive, is simple to use and comes in really handy. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and people I know to try at least once.
Cons
I wouldn't say it's a bad platform at all but there are times when it gets a bit slow. Still, it's manageable.

“helpful templates but limiting”
Pros
Getting a site up and running is pretty easy with the software. The templates are practical and the drag and drop editor works well for beginners who want to build a website quickly without much trouble.
Cons
the software starts to feel restrictive once you need more advanced customization and changing templates or trying to scale a larger site doesn't always go very well.

“solid templates”
Pros
One thing I appreciate about the software is that it's free to use and comes with a nice variety of templates for building websites for different purposes. It works well when the goal is to put together a quick, simple site without much trouble.
Cons
That said it does feel a bit dated compared with other platforms like WithJoy. I personally prefer the overall design and user interface on withjoy.com.

“good experience”
Pros
Whenever I had questions or ran into different issues, the expert was there to give me the help and support I needed.
Cons
The AI support is pretty confusing. I get that AI is still a work in progress but it tends to ignore the real problems instead of addressing them.

“helpful support and solid websites”
Pros
Whenever I've needed help, the customer service team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The websites turn out really well and it's reassuring to know there's always someone available when support is needed.
Cons
The pricing can be a bit high at times though I still feel it's worth it. My account renewed automatically once but I was able to get assistance with changing my plan.

“AI layouts speed things up”
Pros
The AI tools give you a starting page layout which made the site much simpler to build and design. They helped me get the website off the ground quickly and after that it was easy to keep adding more to it.
Cons
There are cheaper options available on the market. That said the software offers more customization which still makes it a strong choice.

“great value and support”
Pros
For the price, this website builder delivers a lot. Every time I've needed help, the customer support team has been outstanding. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, I also appreciate how simple the platform is to use.
Cons
Editing can feel a bit tedious and take more time than it should at times and the mobile view is especially frustrating because it doesn't always match the changes made on the desktop version. It would be much better if the phone view could be edited the same way as the computer view.

“frustrating edits and constant refreshes”
Pros
There's a free plan available which is helpful if someone isn't sure they want to put money into the platform yet or just can't afford to pay for it right now.
Cons
Customizing a website takes way too much time because the platform is packed with glitches and lag. I kept having to refresh the page over and over just to continue editing.

“All in one website launch win”
Pros
Getting a professional site online with the software feels easy even without any technical background. The drag and drop editor, pre-designed templates and built-in features make the whole setup process quick and manageable. It's also really useful having marketing tools, SEO options, forms and analytics all included in the same platform so there's no need to rely on a bunch of extra plugins.
Cons
A few of the more advanced customization options are restricted unless you move up to a higher-tier plan. I also noticed that adding too many third-party apps can make the website run a little slower. Other than that, the overall experience has been very positive.

“accessible builder with standout UI”
Pros
Building my website felt effortless thanks to the accessible interface and overall ease of use. I honestly haven't come across another platform that compares.
Cons
The mobile side still feels limited. Being able to work while I'm on the go matters a lot to me and it seems to be missing some basic functions there.

“great software”
Pros
The designs look excellent and there are plenty of features included. It also comes with SEO-friendly options so users can handle their on-page SEO directly from the website itself.
Cons
loading speed still needs improvement. I'd prefer my website to load in just a few seconds and I want to reduce that time as much as possible.

“brilliant support”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software feels very easy and the live chat support team has been consistently excellent whenever I've needed help. It also comes with plenty of useful features and feels like very good value for the price.
Cons
The frustrating part is the chatbot you have to go through before reaching a real person. The initial questions it asks aren't always relevant and there are times the chat disconnects because the reply isn't in a format the AI can understand.

“support that sticks with it”
Pros
Customer support has been very involved in helping with a major external DNS issue. It's a complicated problem but we've gone through the details step by step and I'm confident it's on track to be resolved. At this point, I'm just waiting for the propagation to finish and then hopefully everything will be in place.
Cons
Troubleshooting and publishing can be difficult. Even with my technical background, this issue took a lot of effort to work through and without that level of expertise, it probably wouldn't have been resolved.

Pros

“very accessible navigation”
Pros
Navigating the software has been one of the best parts of using it. A lot of platforms can be confusing even for people who spend plenty of time online but the software feels very clear and easy. I've had trouble figuring out other scheduling tools before and this one is much more self-explanatory.
Cons
I didn't run into any real problems while using the software. One of my coworkers mentioned having trouble logging in but it seemed more like they just forgot their password than an actual issue with the software.
