Having everything in one place after building my website has been a huge plus. I can handle emails, the domain, ads and more without leaving the software. The customer support chat was also really helpful and gave me fast solutions whenever I needed them. On top of that, the templates are very user friendly which made the whole process much easier since I don't have any coding or HTML experience.

Cons

Only thing I'd want is a slightly lower price. As an entrepreneur, I always try to keep startup costs down. The premium sale definitely helped though especially when it suddenly dropped to 50% off and that makes me more likely to consider switching to an annual plan instead of paying monthly.

Pros

A friend recommended the software to me and I started using it in 2020. The part I enjoy most is the drag and drop editor for building websites since it lets me create pages with little to no coding.

Eveything has gone well overall since I started using the software. The only downside I've run into is the added expense of getting extra products like hosting and a domain.

It's still a fairly closed system. When I tried to move my portfolio to Hostinger, I realized all of the content would have been lost since it doesn't use the same editor.

Using the software has been a really positive experience because the platform is accessible, the customer service is helpful and the features are solid. The overall design and feel of the builder are excellent, the variety of website templates is impressive and the AI text suggestion tool seems very well trained.

Overall the software makes building and running a site feel simple and efficient.

There really aren't any major downsides. The large number of features can seem a bit overwhelming at first but it gets much better once you spend some time with it. The one area that could use improvement is mobile responsiveness.
