“helpful support team”
Pros
Getting in touch with an actual customer service representative made a big difference and once I did, they were very helpful. I also appreciated how simple it was to explain the issue I was having.
Cons
One frustration was having to convert my file from PDF to PNG. For a company as large as the software, it's surprising that chat still doesn't support PDF uploads.

“AI tools keep getting better”
Pros
It's been really encouraging to see the team behind the software keep improving the platform especially with the addition of new AI assistants. I'm not very confident with computers so being able to build my own website, make updates and handle changes myself matters a lot. I also appreciate that users can vote on features they want added when something isn't available yet.
Cons
Working in this software can still be a bit tricky at times. A good example is when I want to try something out but can't properly preview it first.. I often have to add it to the site before I can tell whether it's actually what I want and then removing or undoing it isn't always easy. I'd really prefer clearer previews of design elements and features so I can see exactly how they'll behave before placing them on my website and changing everything. Some of the menus are also confusing and I regularly struggle to find certain functions without asking the AI assistants where they are so I can figure out to the right place. There are definitely features that feel more complicated than they should be unless you're being guided by someone experienced. I just spent an hour with chat support and the person helping me was excellent but by the end of it, it was obvious why I couldn't figure it out alone.. it was genuinely difficult and complicated to set up. In this case, it was a function for their stores outside the US to charge tariffs on subtotals for US deliveries and with the tariff changes in America, I imagine many other the software users will now need to set this up too. I'd also really love an AI design assistant that could analyze a website style I admire and help my site look similar or at least apply certain aspects of that design. For example, I'd like to be able to set a homepage that opens with a video that resizes properly across all devices and then lets me update that video regularly with seasonal changes. I'd also want the option to combine that with an image slideshow so visitors could click left or right through photos or multiple slides. Right now, I don't really see good options for that. I do have a slideshow on my homepage already but it doesn't function properly.. it doesn't resize correctly on every device and on mobile it's especially problematic. I'm constantly deleting layouts and rearranging things just to make the mobile version work and that's a major issue because most people shop on their phones now, not on a desktop so mobile performance is extremely important.

“beginner friendly tools”
Pros
the website editor was easy to use and the features felt very beginner friendly. Customer service was excellent as well. I wasn't passed around or told to wait weeks for a case to be resolved. They stuck with me until a complicated issue was fully fixed. Thank you!
Cons
One confusing part is that when I make changes in the dashboard section, I still need to go into the editor to publish the page. That extra step isn't clearly explained when updating content from the dashboard.

“so satisfying”
Pros
It does a really nice job of putting everything in one place! You can create your logo, build your website and then purchase it along with all the included files. That setup makes the whole process feel more simplified and a lot more convenient.
Cons
A downside is that the design elements don't feel very advanced or distinctive. Because of that, a beginner without much creative or design experience might struggle to make something that feels truly original with the options available.

“solid value”
Pros
Getting a site up and running with the software was very easy. The templates and sample pages gave me a strong starting point so building the website took much less effort. Pricing was also a big plus since the plan I picked was very affordable and there were several options to choose from.
Cons
One frustrating part is adding text back into a section after the original text box gets deleted by mistake. That can be harder than it should be. Another issue is how pushy the platform can feel about features I do not need. Every time I log in, I get pop-ups encouraging me to use things like Google advertising or marketing campaigns. In my case, I built an internal employee resource center where staff use the web address to create logins and access schedules soPs and PTO requests. It is not meant for the public so those repeated prompts are irrelevant and just force me to close multiple pop-ups before I can get to the tools I actually need.

“fast builder with strong growth”
Pros
Having used this tool for years, I've seen it keep evolving and improving to stay ahead of the market as a fast, user friendly website builder.
Cons
A few features are locked behind the higher-tier plans and when I only need one of those premium features, it would be much better to have the option to pay just for that specific add-on.

“A must have!”
Pros
It gives me all the tools I need to build websites that look impressive and stay highly responsive on different devices. It has also helped boost the SEO performance of my staffing company's website across search engines.
Cons
some add-ons especially domain registration and hosting, are a little expensive when compared with other digital experience platforms.

“simple editing”
Pros
This has been an excellent fit for my organization. I'm able to teach my club members how to add and edit content without much trouble and the tech support has been amazing.
Cons
One thing that still frustrates me is that I can't create an online member directory without photos. My members don't want their pictures posted so I still have to put the member directory together manually.

“great for photography branding”
Pros
As a photographer, this tool has been a solid choice because the features are easy and simple to use! It makes putting together an eye-catching business website much easier and I can resize layouts and manage my branding without needing much technical help.
Cons
A limitation is that the more advanced design customization options especially for adding logos and building a truly distinctive studio identity, can feel restrictive. At times, it takes extra workarounds to get a more unique look.

“worth the price”
Pros
Even though this sits on the pricier side for subscription it's still by far the most easy and user friendly website builder I've used. On top of that their customer support is genuinely helpful once you're able to connect with an actual representative.
Cons
The biggest downside is definitely the price. I also wish getting in touch with a real person was simpler since the AI bots really don't help much. That said I do appreciate that they're usually willing to work with me on renewal discount codes if I ask enough lol

“I'm happy with it”
Pros
Customer support was phenomenal especially the rep I talked to. He helped me work through a really stressful issue recently and made the whole situation much easier to figure out.
Cons
The one real downside I can point to with this software is the rising cost of maintaining a site which can be tough for small business owners like me.

“patient support every step”
Pros
Her patience meant the most to me. I deal with anxiety and if I sense that someone is getting impatient, I usually shut down and give up. She kept reassuring me through every step that I was doing fine and doing well and that really made the whole experience comfortable.
Cons
I don't have any negative comments about it. They've consistently given me excellent support and the customer service has been amazing the entire time I've been with them.

“stylish templates”
Pros
Building a site with this feels easy thanks to the WYSIWYG editor which removes the pressure of needing coding skills or technical knowledge. It also comes with a wide selection of modern, stylish templates that can fit just about any type of business.
Cons
At times, lining up page elements can be almost as frustrating as working in Microsoft Word. Still, that feels like a reasonable trade-off considering how simple it is overall to put a website together.

“good for beginners, limited customization”
Pros
This website builder worked well for someone without any coding background. The layout made sense and everything was organized in a way that was simple to follow and understand.
Cons
Running into limits with customization was frustrating especially when I wanted to add things like JavaScript functions and realized there wasn't much flexibility for that.

“Review for software”
Pros
Getting started with this feels very easy. The interface looks polished, the branding is strong and there are plenty of professional themes to choose from. On top of that, the features are genuinely impressive and give the platform a very capable feel.
Cons
One frustrating limitation is that you can't change the page layout once the site is already live. The free plan also comes with a lot of restrictions, including ads and storage is limited. As your needs grow, the pricing can end up getting quite expensive.

“Accessible tools”
Pros
Working with it has been very manageable for me. I'm a disabled veteran with a head injury and I was still able to do almost everything I needed on my own. Whenever I ran into something I couldn't figure out, customer support stepped in and helped me out. I'm really thrilled with how it's gone.
Cons
Something that could be better is the availability of more prewritten code. It shouldn't be difficult to find a simple code snippet for uploading files and those should just work without so much trouble.

“great setup for my LLC”
Pros
Getting my first company site up and running with this software felt very manageable even though I had never built a website before. The tools were easy enough for me to put together a really nice-looking site for my LLC. I also appreciated the Google Workspace integration since it let me create my first business email account and connect it directly to the website. Another feature I really appreciated was being able to preview the site in both desktop and mobile views before publishing.
Cons
A few parts of the platform were not as accessible as the rest of the builder so I had to rely on some trial and error to figure out exactly how I wanted certain parts of the website to look.

“solid editor, overpriced plans”
Pros
Over the years, this product has come a long way and become one of the simplest website builders to use. The support team is excellent and the drag and drop features are hard to beat.. you can put a site together and be done in no time.
Cons
The pricing has gotten way too high.. it feels like you have to sell a cow every year to keep paying for it. With so much competition out there, they seem to act like they're still the premier option but that's really not the case anymore.
