“Impressive website builder”
Pros
There are tons of options for building websites, with plenty of creative templates and a lot of freedom to customize things the way I want.
Cons
only real drawback is that some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans and that can get expensive for small businesses.

“Has a fair price”
Pros
Building a website and sending emails with this tool doesn't require any programming skills which makes it really approachable. I also appreciate the impressive features that help bring a business online and digitize operations. On top of that the pricing is quite reasonable and the customer support has been solid.
Cons
The CRM tools are good as they are but I'd still like to see the software expand them further over time. It feels like they have real potential to become a complete all-in-one platform for small businesses.

“Works well for small business sites”
Pros
Even without much background in website publishing, this software is fairly simple to get the hang of. Once you learn your way around it, managing websites for different companies becomes very doable especially since a lot of smaller businesses already use the platform.
Cons
The only real downside is that it can be a little slow when it first opens. That may be less noticeable if you're working on a higher-end computer or a better setup.

“professional results”
Pros
Has been an affordable, professional platform that lets you build a website as simple or as advanced as you need. There are several plans available so it's not hard to find one that fits your specific needs. I also appreciate the option for customers to book online and editing the site is very easy.
Cons
One area that could be better is customer service. Getting in touch with someone can be difficult and at times they can be hard to understand even though support is available. That said it is still nice that you can actually speak with a real person instead of being limited to chat only.

“contact forms that keep us organized”
Pros
Running our dance competition website on this has been a really positive experience especially because of the contact form feature. It sends every inquiry into one central place and keeps everything organized which has been incredibly helpful for replying to potential clients, answering questions and even alerting us quickly if something on the site stops working. Their customer service has also been supportive and available whenever we've needed help.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems. It has handled exactly what we need it to do and it's done a beautiful job of keeping us organized and helping us stay on top of customer communication.

“Strong features”
Pros
Using the tool feels easy thanks to its user friendly drag and drop editor. The basic AI-powered tools are helpful for setting things up quickly and the large template library gives plenty of starting points. It also comes with built-in ecommerce features which makes it a practical option for getting an online store up and running.
Cons
It does have some limits when it comes to scaling and the templates can feel a bit uninspiring. There are also sales fees to consider. On top of that, there's a noticeable reliance on apps and depending on what you want to achieve, third-party apps may end up being necessary.

“Tool that saves me time”
Pros
Compared with other platforms I've used, this feels a step ahead because the interface is exceptional. It brings my plugins and coding together in one effective system and it really works for you instead of wasting your time.
Cons
A few parts of the marketplace could be better and some plugins were hard to modify. I also had to contact support to get new functions implemented though it wasn't a major problem since the assistance I received was excellent.

“Community tools”
Pros
Has been a great way to build professional-looking websites with impressive graphics even with little to no coding involved. Another feature I really enjoy is the Spaces since it lets you turn your website into an online community as well.
Cons
At times, the editor gets a bit difficult to work with especially when dealing with the scrolling page feature. I've occasionally struggled to keep page images from moving upward while visitors scroll through the rest of the page.

“workable options”
Pros
Getting around the software has felt very easy which was a huge plus for me since I started with very little IT knowledge and no real experience building or updating a website. It lets you sell products, connect with clients and pretty much gives you a blank canvas to create what you need. I'd definitely recommend it!
Cons
The part I wasn't happy with was the pricing after the first year. I believe I had a 50% discount on the professional plan at first and once that ended, it became more expensive than what made sense for the kind of website I needed.

“don't need to code for it”
Pros
Building sites with this tool is pretty easy and the customer support has been excellent. They keep rolling out really cool new features that add a lot to a multi-purpose website. The templates also look really good and are very user friendly to work with.
Cons
Pricing is where it falls short. Compared with other website builders, it tends to be on the more expensive side especially when you're managing multiple sites. It would make a lot of sense to offer bundled or consolidated pricing for account holders hosting more than one site on this software.

“so effective”
Pros
Running my accounting firm's website through the tool has worked out really well especially for publishing content quickly. The built-in graphic design tools are another standout feature and one of the things I appreciate most about using it.
Cons
Ever since I started using this software, it has consistently delivered what I need for landing pages, website creation and content management so I really haven't run into any issues worth mentioning.

“Auto renewal scam”
Pros
I strongly do not recommend this option to anyone looking for a transparent and ethical platform. It feels like a scam.
Cons
The subscription was renewed automatically in an abusive way, with no refund offered. Even after three requests explaining that my company has been closed since April 24 and that I never agreed to the automatic renewal which is now completely useless to me, nothing was done. I was charged on August 4 and my request was submitted on August 19.

“professional website with our own branding”
Pros
Setting up a professional looking website for our business with this platform was pretty easy and it also made it simple to use our own graphics and branding.
Cons
One part that hasn't worked as well is the website messaging feature. It's not very easy to use and we'd really like the option to turn it off.

“costly but polished site builder”
Pros
It is often presented as a quick drag and drop website builder that needs a slight adjustment period but in practice it takes more time and effort than that. That extra complexity does give it more capability though. It delivers a polished, professional looking site and there are plenty of integrations, templates and add ons to work with. You can build a sharp website without touching code and the platform's ecosystem has expanded enough that you can add almost anything you need as the project grows.
Cons
Pricing runs a little higher than a lot of competitors and while the market changes often this still isn't the cheapest option for getting a site online. The cost climbs even more once you begin adding premium features and extra apps. The difficulty also isn't as fast or simple as the marketing makes it sound even if it's still manageable with some effort. You can absolutely make it work but there are less expensive and more beginner friendly alternatives out there.

“Is quite affordable”
Pros
It works really well for creating a basic website and the pricing is quite affordable. Its drag and drop editor is one of the most convenient tools I've used especially for people without a graphic design background.
Cons
I had to buy and integrate an additional app to access most of the features I required such as booking and calendar functions and that was something I didn't like about the software.

“website creator”
Pros
Building elegant websites with this tool has been very efficient for me and it doesn't take much effort to get good results! The drag and drop editor is really easy even if you're not very skilled with technology. I also appreciate that its features work well on mobile phones and other devices which makes it convenient to use from almost anywhere.
Cons
One downside is the cost since it can be quite expensive and some of its plans are priced higher than similar tools. Other than that there are still a few limitations when it comes to customization.

“Allows creative freedom!”
Pros
Building a site felt really easy because the drag and drop setup makes the whole process feel like digital arts and crafts for adults putting together a brand. The templates look great, give you tons of room to customize and are already optimized for mobile right from the start.
Cons
A drawback is that once you choose a template, changing to a different one later usually means rebuilding the site from scratch which is frustrating if your brand starts to evolve.

“quick setup”
Pros
Our site was built so fast and easily even without any web design background. There's no coding involved just a wide selection of templates and a true 'what you see is what you get' editor that makes the whole process very approachable.
Cons
The pricing setup is a little frustrating. Our team size changes from time to time and that means we don't always have enough access for everyone who needs it. The cost increase to add more users is higher than we'd want to pay.
