“has solid security”
Pros
Right away it felt like a user friendly website builder that still gives plenty of room to customize the design and create a unique look and feel. It offers good value for the price and having 24/7 customer support available is a big plus! The built in security is also really strong which makes it a reliable option for businesses.
Cons
A limitation is that the software runs on its own hosting platform so once you build your website there, you can't move it to a different host.

“sooo worth it!”
Pros
Comes with a ton of features and it really feels like good value for the price. Building pages and using the graphic tools ended up being much more easy than I expected which made the whole process a lot more manageable.
Cons
Customer support was a bit on the slow side and a few of the designs felt inconsistent. The template library also seems somewhat limited in size.

“great value”
Pros
Putting my website together was really easy and adding all of my information didn't take much effort. I especially appreciated the value this product offers and the features included are excellent.
Cons
It did take me a bit of time to finish everything but that was mostly because I was being extremely perfectionistic about every detail.

“Quite affordable”
Pros
Setting up my own website with this tool was really easy and one of the biggest advantages is how affordable it is which I think a lot of people will appreciate :)
Cons
I have no complaints because whenever I had any doubts, I could just ask the AI for help and get an answer right away.

“my review”
Pros
Creating a website for my art business has been really simple and I've had a lot of room to be creative with how I present my work on the platform.
Cons
Don't really have any complaints about it. If anything the only thing I can think of is that getting more traffic to the website would help.

“decent builder, pricey extras”
Pros
Even without any coding or web design background it's pretty easy to get started with the tool and put together something decent.
Cons
At first the pricing looks affordable but once you start adding extras like live chat and similar features, the monthly cost can quickly double or even triple.

“easy to get around”
Pros
Working around the software feels very easy! I'm able to update and change things on our site without needing much background or experience in website building.
Cons
One issue I keep running into is when moving between the account menu and the actual website editor. At times it's confusing to figure out how to get back to my site instead of staying in the account menu.

“helpful for nonprofit websites”
Pros
Running a small nonprofit, we really needed something practical and THIS ended up being a huge help. We were able to put together a clean, functional website quickly, share our mission clearly and start accepting donations without needing any technical background.
Cons
When we needed better donor system integrations though, the softwares iframe approach didn't feel like the right solution for building trust and maintaining accountability. Because of that we eventually moved to Squarespace. What left a bad impression was that this platform still kept hundreds in unused fees even after we explained the limits of our nonprofit budget. I understand that was ultimately on us but the attitude still felt pretty disappointing.

Pros
I'm putting together a website right now using this tool and it has been very simple to figure out. I've really been enjoying using it!
Cons
I'm still getting familiar with it but at this point I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike. Everything has been going well so far.

“friendly builder for anyone”
Pros
Working with the software is very easy so almost anyone can use it without needing much training. The interface feels friendly and approachable and even older users can work with it comfortably.
Cons
A frustrating part is how rigid the templates are. Moving from one template to another is difficult which becomes a problem when you want to refresh or redesign the site.

“clean sites without any trouble”
Pros
Even with little to no experience I can put together a really clean looking website in it and then hand it off to the owner without much trouble.
Cons
The extra cost for add on features can build up over time. That can definitely be a downside for anyone on a tight budget although there are usually ways to work around it.

“simple navigation”
Pros
Using the tool taught me how to design pages and add relevant content for both new hires and current employees. It's very user friendly when it comes to building pages, setting up navigation and integrating other components.
Cons
At the time I was using it, there wasn't an AI feature for adding images, content and similar elements. Having AI built in could help speed up turnaround time for content creation.

“great templates”
Pros
Right away the huge selection of templates stood out to me. They all looked really polished and didn't take much effort to get set up. The AI designer was also a very good feature even though I ended up not using it for my final website design.
Cons
There was one limitation I ran into: I couldn't customize a horizontally scrolling product section to show more than four products at once without using code which didn't match what my client wanted. I'm not sure but they may have updated this since I last used it though. The interface for adding code blocks to the website also felt somewhat restrictive.

“powerful tool”
Pros
Has been the most effective website builder I've used while still being very simple to work with. It also comes with hosting plans that are reasonably priced which adds even more value.
Cons
I haven't run into any real difficulties using the software for website design because the interface is very user friendly and requires little to no coding.

“easy to use”
Pros
Feels very easy to use and the back office is laid out in a way that just makes sense! It works especially well for people building a website for the first time because the guided process for SEO is simple to follow. I also really appreciate being able to use forms and send the responses directly into Google Sheets cells.
Cons
Something I wish it offered is the ability to build customized proposals that connect to invoices similar to HoneyBook. Even a basic client management feature would be really useful. At times some of the apps can be a little buggy as well. It would also help a lot to have reminders to update the mobile version after making changes to the desktop view because that's something I tend to forget.

“positive experience”
Pros
Building a site with this software gives you a lot of freedom with dynamic pages, plenty of templates and tons of customization options without needing to code. I really appreciate being able to add as many or as few pages and menu items as I want plus the setup is simple and making quick edits is very convenient. The addition of Apple Pay for their stores and the regular rollout of new features make it a really strong option for creating a website.
Cons
Pricing has gone up and there are still quite a few features that come standard on other website builders but require coding in this one. One example is not being able to embed YouTube videos on some dynamic pages while leaving them off others. It also falls short on integrations for certain users like artists needing print on demand connections with Fine Art America and musicians since Spotify integrates directly with Shopify rather than this software.

“helpful storefront, limited inventory organization”
Pros
Very easy for entry level users to start working with this software and the storefront features are usually self explanatory. The store tools also do more for product organization than I expected especially when you're dealing with a lot of product variants.
Cons
Managing inventory becomes pretty time consuming when your storefront includes a large number of product variants. The inventory section also doesn't offer much in the way of organization beyond basic groups so with a bigger catalog you're stuck reviewing items only in the order they were originally entered.

“Gives design freedom”
Pros
From the start it delivers an outstanding user experience with a clean, accessible interface that feels very beginner friendly. It makes building good, fully functional websites possible without writing any code and the flexibility you get with the design tools is a huge advantage.
Cons
There are moments when site speed can be a bit better especially on pages with heavier content but the platform continues to improve over time. Even with that the simplicity of building and customizing a site still makes this one of the top choices for creators and businesses.

“no coding knowledge needed”
Pros
Creating and launching a site using this platform was really easy even without any coding knowledge. The whole process felt accessible and I was able to build, design and customize everything to match exactly how I wanted the website to look and work.
Cons
A few features did seem a bit restricted unless I moved up to a paid plan. I also had to spend extra time adjusting the mobile version since it didn't always respond as well as the desktop layout.

“powerful tools”
Pros
It is so quick to make a site and have it running because the platform is user friendly, highly customizable and loaded with useful tools. It works really well when you want to build a website fast without giving up design flexibility.
Cons
One downside is that moving away from the software later can be difficult and performance can start to slow down if the design gets too complex or if too many apps are added.
