“simple site-building win!”
Pros
Feels like a very approachable product especially for those without much experience building websites. I was able to use the available tools to put together a simple but effective site.
Cons
Some of the tools felt a bit outdated at first although they didn't really take away from the overall experience. Once I understood which tools worked best for each task everything became much more easy.

“easy editing tools”
Pros
From a client's point of view this was very easy to use! The editing tools felt simple and approachable so it took very little training to get comfortable with them.
Cons
The downside was the limited customization options. As the business expanded we started needing more advanced styling and custom features than the platform could really offer.

“website building from anywhere!”
Pros
Being able to build and manage my site from anywhere has been one of the biggest advantages for me! The automation tools are really helpful, the platform is very user friendly and switching between devices without any trouble makes working on the go incredibly convenient.
Cons
It doesn't offer as many domain registration and configuration choices as you'd typically get from a dedicated domain registrar.

“helpful support every time”
Pros
Over the years I've run into a few issues here and there and each time their team has given me excellent support.
Cons
Still bothers me how hard they make it to find the option to turn off subscription auto renewal. That really should be more transparent and much easier to locate :/

“Good experience”
Pros
Designing with the software is simple and easy and making changes doesn't take much time. Editing pages is quick and the messaging feature is something I really appreciate. It's fast to update and adjust things whenever needed.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about aside from the pricing. I just wish there were a lower cost option since I'm paying for a lot of features that I don't actually use.

“customizable portfolio showcase”
Pros
The level of customization is what really makes this stand out. I used it to build my portfolio so I could present who I am and highlight the projects I've worked on. I added the link to my resume and it gives employers a simple way to visit a polished website and quickly get a sense of my background and work.
Cons
Making certain changes through the app can be frustrating. When I need to adjust images or update links I usually have to switch over to a browser instead of being able to handle everything directly from my phone.

“affordable start, limited design freedom”
Pros
For a starter website it offers decent value for the money. The pricing is affordable for beginners and if you're just getting started that convenience can make the platform feel worth it.
Cons
Falls short when it comes to design flexibility and creating something unique. The customization options are fairly limited so building a website that feels truly original and stands out can be difficult.

“many customization options”
Pros
Getting around the tool felt easy and using it was simple. It also gives plenty of customization options which made it possible to build my website the way I wanted and match my specific needs.
Cons
I noticed that it can be a little confusing because there's so much information available. Even though that information is useful, it can still feel overwhelming at times.

“versatile builder”
Pros
Has been my go to website builder because it walks you through the setup step by step while still giving you plenty of flexibility. There are so many customization options available and the dashboard is simple to figure out which makes managing everything much more convenient. It works so well that I use it across my other businesses too.
Cons
The one minor drawback I've run into is that some payment options are limited when using Square instead of the software Payments. It's not a major problem though.

“Super valuable”
Pros
So easy to get a site up and running with this option! The web based editor is convenient, the templates look excellent and customizing pages is simple. It also offers very good value and there are plenty of add ons available to expand what the site can do.
Cons
Overall my experience has been very positive and I honestly can't think of any notable downsides worth mentioning.

Pros
Building a website is really convenient especially with the customizable templates it offers. The platform is very simple to use and works amazingly well for creating your own website.

“happy customer here!”
Pros
Creating an elegant, eye catching website with the software feels incredibly simple! The platform is very user friendly, navigation is easy and the drag and drop tools make the whole design process much more convenient.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the free plan comes with limited storage. I've used it for a long time and aside from that there really isn't much to dislike.

“quick setup but overwhelming options”
Pros
Making a website is very easy even without any background in coding or much computer experience. It lets you put together a visually attractive site in just a few minutes.
Cons
There are just too many options for someone starting out which can feel overwhelming pretty quickly. It also leans so heavily into being user friendly that it ends up being a little confusing to tell where certain things are.

“stood out to me!”
Pros
Really stands out to me for its templates and drag and drop builder. Even without any prior website building experience someone can still create a site that looks polished and professional. I've used it for blogs, business websites and online stores and there's always enough flexibility to make each one feel distinct and personalized.
Cons
Pricing is the part that gets a bit frustrating. I understand they need to monetize the platform but putting essential features behind paid plans makes it harder to recommend without first warning people about the cost. A longer free trial or at least one that gives access to all the features would make a huge difference. Right now it feels like you have to pay before you can fully understand what the platform actually offers.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
Is really simple to work with which matters a lot when you're just starting out and not very tech savvy. The drag and drop editor makes designing a site much more manageable and the wide selection of templates is a big plus.
Cons
The free plan comes with ads and restricted storage which can be limiting. Also if you decide to switch to a different template later, you have to rebuild the entire website from the ground up.

“user friendly interface”
Pros
Felt very easy to get started with because of its user friendly interface and drag and drop function. That setup makes the whole process more engaging especially for someone building a website for the first time and trying to figure things out as they go.
Cons
A thing that could be improved is the availability of self guided learning tools and resources like cheat sheets or more hands on tutorials. When I wanted to better understand the drag and drop features or learn how to use this more effectively as an amateur entrepreneur it was tough because there were only articles to read and no DIY videos. That really wasn't very helpful.

“has strong options”
Pros
Offers a lot of functions while still being very user friendly. There are plenty of features for people who aren't especially technical but still want a capable, full featured website builder.
Cons
After using this for a long time one thing I've noticed is that they tend to make frequent changes to their apps over the years and those changes often come with higher pricing. I really don't care for their ad related apps but even with that I'd still choose this one over a lot of other website builders out there.

“reliable design platform”
Pros
Has been the design and hosting platform I've relied on for well over ten years!! On top of the templates and built in features, their support team genuinely puts effort into helping users get the most out of the platform.
Cons
When Studio was introduced some of the older sites I had created with the original site editor didn't convert properly.
