“budget friendly website builder”
Pros
Comes with plenty of features, is simple to get around and is affordable. It's an excellent choice for anyone who needs a website but doesn't know how to code.
Cons
Downside is that (depending on the kind of site you're building) there can be limits on how much you're able to customize certain parts of the page.

“helpful customer service”
Pros
The customer service representative I collaborated with was very attentive and explained everything clearly. The details they shared including graphics, made it much easier to figure out and understand the issue quickly and efficiently. My problem was resolved and the review of my subscriptions was also very helpful.
Cons
At this time I do not have any updates or suggestions to offer.

“lovely sites without coding”
Pros
A very approachable software so building a website is easy especially for someone who doesn't understand HTML or CSS. The visual design options are excellent and the overall website aesthetics look incredible.
Cons
One limitation is that some of the parallax scrolling effects don't offer as much customization as I'd like.

“fast and free”
Pros
Has been free to use and it's easily the most user friendly no code website builder I've worked with. It has grown from being mostly a landing page tool into a much broader platform with additions like the softwareel and the software Studio. Because of that I spend less time doing manual work when building websites for clients. I also haven't been able to use AI with it.
Cons
Honestly the biggest downside is how hard it is to migrate over to this software. If I want to move my WordPress sites there's no integration available so I have to rebuild everything manually from scratch.

“Good for beginners”
Pros
It works really well for people who aren't designers but one thing they don't make clear when you buy services through them is that they keep ownership of your domain name.
Cons
A big downside is that domain forwarding isn't available and if you purchase the domain through them they own it. That feels like a rip off.

Right away the support representative came across as well informed, precise and accurate and they were able to resolve my concern.

“my thoughts”
Pros
Getting started with this software was free and the platform felt user friendly right away. It was simple enough to figure out and it worked well overall for building a website. One thing I really appreciated was the summary suggestions it provided based on the topic of the site which was actually pretty helpful.
Cons
Editing the pictures after I had already selected them for the website was frustrating. Every time I went back to swap out photos it would throw off some of my previous text and parts of the layout I had already put together.

“outstanding support”
Pros
Compared with other hosting platforms this really stands out for the value included in its standard bundled services and the customer service was outstanding. I'm genuinely hoping I get to speak with their rep again because he went well beyond what I expected.
Cons
The only downside was the renewal pricing. It felt like a bit of sticker shock.

“excellent templates”
Pros
Having this much design freedom is a big plus and even someone with no prior experience can still put together a really nice looking website. The templates are excellent too and give you a strong starting point.
Cons
One drawback is that layouts can get messed up pretty easily if you're not careful. On top of that the mobile version doesn't always turn out right so it can take extra time to adjust and fine-tune it.

“solid value for websites”
Pros
The pricing is good, it's simple to use and there are enough features and customization options to make it a worthwhile choice.
Cons
It's not really designed for e commerce in the same way Shopify is so I just wouldn't recommend using it for that type of business.

“dependable service”
Pros
Whenever an issue comes up the customer service team is really helpful and makes sure it gets resolved.
Cons
Website building still feels a bit challenging if you don't have much experience so it would be nice if they added features that make the process simpler for beginners without a background in this area.

“simple process”
Pros
Building websites feels very easy because there are plenty of templates and customizable elements to work with. It makes the whole process much simpler so most of the focus can stay on creating the content and arranging it the way you want on the site.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost which can get pretty high especially if you need to host a website that gets a lot of traffic. Even though the platform includes tools that make website creation easier those features can end up being quite expensive.

Pros
Pretty easy to get started with especially for someone who isn't very technical. On top of that their customer support has been really helpful whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
Like any other platform this one also requires some effort to get used to. Still it feels easier to pick up and learn than a lot of other website builders.
