Putting together a good looking website with this tool doesn't cost much and the building process is easy.

Cons

Its SEO integration isn't very strong which can make it harder for the site to rank well in search results.

Starting off with this software was simple, it feels very beginner friendly and the customer service has been excellent whenever I needed help.

At times it can be a little slow but it has not been a major issue for me.

I can say that it has been a positive experience overall after using this software for our company website. Setting everything up was incredibly simple, the platform is very user friendly and the pricing feels very budget-friendly.

Cons

One downside is that if you decide to move away from the software, transferring your website is not really an option. Other than that the loading speed seems a bit slower compared to some other websites.

The support expert quickly understood exactly what I needed, looked into the issue and came back with a solution that worked for my situation. Everything was handled in a timely way which I really appreciated!!

At this point I haven't come across any downsides yet.

Even without a graphic design background, I was able to build my website. The newer version includes AI which was really helpful for putting together a starting draft. It saved me a lot of time when creating a new site.

Cons

You will need some time to figure it out and the AI still has plenty of room for improvement :)

There's definitely a lot to learn while I'm figuring out all the little details. That can be frustrating at times but overall I'm very happy with this product.

I haven't run into any issues while creating a website with it so there are no complaints from my end.

Thieves. Dishonest. They never answer your questions directly and instead hide behind a fake customer service team that only explains how they legally took your money.

Cons

Customer support never actually responds. And when something does come through it's just robots. They charge you unfairly, take your money and then nobody is there to answer afterward.

It was a little difficult to locate customer support at first but once you find it the help is absolutely worth the effort.

Even though it's fairly simple to work with you still need a little basic knowledge if you're more tech savvy and want to make the most of it.

Has been sooo great to use! It's very easy to figure out especially for someone who isn't very well informed about building websites. On top of that the customer support has been excellent! I've run into a few issues trying to get certain things working the way I wanted and every time, the support team has been helpful, patient and genuinely kind :)

Starting off with it was quick, the website is user friendly and there are plenty of options to work with.

Something that could be better is having more customer service staff available to respond to questions.

Launching a website feels very easy but it still has plenty of power behind it. There are lots of options to customize and build out your site the way you want.

One thing that could be better is the ability to move domains around more freely. It's a limitation but not something that would stop me from using it.

Building a professional-looking website with this software feels very easy thanks to its drag and drop editor and the huge selection of templates. I used it to put together a portfolio site for my freelance work and the interface was clear enough that I could fine tune the design without any coding knowledge at all. The App Market is also a big plus with plenty of useful plugins available to add extra functions.

Cons

The free version does have some frustrating limits including the software branding along with very restricted storage and bandwidth. Another downside is that after choosing a template you can't switch to a different one unless you rebuild the entire site which is definitely inconvenient.

It is definitely a user friendly platform but the best part for me is its customer support team. They're available day and night whenever help is needed and they really are very efficient.

Cons

I don't like that the blog post editor is buried too deeply in the menu so it gets a bit tedious having to locate it every time I want to create a new post.

Getting a site up and running with this tool is very easy. You don't need any real website building or management experience to use it effectively.

Cons

The only drawback is that if you don't pay for a custom domain, your site address ends up being pretty long and not very attractive though that's obviously part of how they make money.

Building a website is pretty easy because of its large selection of templates and drag and drop editor that makes the whole process manageable even without any coding knowledge. It also comes with a wide range of apps you can connect to your site which adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

The cost can climb faster than expected especially when you start adding advanced options like e commerce tools or custom branding. Site performance can also be a bit slower than some competitors and that can hurt SEO. Another downside is that once a template is selected, changing to a different one means rebuilding the website from the ground up.
