“amazing support from my rep”
Pros
The biggest highlight for me was my customer rep! He was absolutely amazing and made a real difference.
Cons
What frustrated me was that some of the other customer reps kept passing me around instead of actually helping resolve the issue.

“standout templates”
Pros
After trying a lot of website builders this one ended up being a really pleasant surprise. It's been the simplest one for me to work with while still giving me the freedom to design my site exactly the way I want. A lot of other well known platforms say they're drag and drop but they never worked that well for me. Since I have a background in graphic design, having full control over the look of my site really matters and this delivers on that. I also appreciate the templates for those times when I don't feel like building everything from the ground up. On top of that the e commerce features have given me more flexibility than anything else I've tried and I've really loved using them. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
I'm still getting familiar with everything so I honestly don't have many complaints at this point. One small thing I did notice is that with the photo slides, I wasn't able to change the arrow style and I do wish that were customizable. Still, it's a pretty minor issue overall.

“packed with useful website options”
Pros
the software has been a really solid choice for me because it offers tons of options, plus a wide range of apps that let you build your site with whatever features you need.
Cons
Starting out with the software can feel a little overwhelming if it's your first time building a website since the builder includes a lot of different pieces to manage.

“love the tool”
Pros
Building a website feels much more approachable with the software because it offers plenty of templates and ideas, turning what could otherwise be an expensive and time-consuming process into something far more accessible and manageable.
Cons
At the same time, it still calls for a solid understanding of web design basics and I often felt overwhelmed especially when I was trying to work with custom layouts and more advanced visuals.

Being able to edit and manage the website on my own is a huge plus.

“basic builder with limits”
Pros
It works for putting together a generic website if you just need something simple as a basic user. There's nothing advanced about it but it covers the bare-bones essentials.
Cons
Once I tried to do anything beyond the absolute basics, it started to feel limited. It seemed to struggle with more than the minimum tools and details and the feature set wasn't very impressive.

“has useful add-ons”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the software is that it's a budget-friendly option for creating websites. On top of that, it comes with plenty of add-on apps and programs which gives you more flexibility when building out your site.
Cons
Getting around the platform can be a bit confusing at times. I've had to rely on quite a few tutorials just to put my website together and for someone completely new to website building, the whole experience can feel a little overwhelming.

“really good option”
Pros
Starting a website from scratch is very doable with the software. You can register your domain through them, handle SEO and use plenty of features to customize the site and improve how it is positioned. There are lots of templates available and getting a good-looking website online is not overly difficult. The pricing is reasonable and clearly more affordable than hiring a specialist so the time you put into building it yourself feels worth it. Just keep in mind that if you want a domain without the software in the address, you do need to pay for that which is pretty standard and understandable. Overall it is a solid choice if you want to create your own site especially when launching a new activity and you do not have the budget to pay a professional.
Cons
Compared with when I used the software a few years ago for a simple website, the building process felt much easier back then. The interface has changed and now resembles WordPress a lot more. I can see that the current version is more advanced and probably gives users the tools to create a more sophisticated website but the older interface was definitely simpler to work with. At this point some sections feel fairly complicated and demand more experience and familiarity with this kind of work.

Pros
Between the technical help and the creative support, the software has been really solid for me. Whenever I need assistance, both the AI chat and the live support are quick to connect with and helpful to use.
Cons

“So grateful”
Pros
Customer service was the highlight for me. I'm not very technical so I probably wasn't the easiest person to walk through the process but their representative stayed encouraging the whole time and explained everything in the simplest way possible. Eventually it all clicked and the light bulb finally went on for me.
Cons
At first it was a bit confusing to understand the titles and figure out where I needed to go to add certain items. Thankfull their repesentative made a big difference and was incredibly patient with me the entire time.

“helpful analytics, frustrating billing”
Pros
One thing the software does well is its integration options especially with tools like Google Analytics which make it useful for tracking how your site is performing and understanding your traffic better.
Cons
The downside is that the billing setup feels pretty misleading. It presents itself like a free trial but then asks you to add a card and when you try to remove that card, it ends up asking for another one instead.
